You rent a private, detached, comfortably furnished holiday home with its own fully fenced garden and parking space in front of the house
The keys are handed over without personal contact.
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, flat screen TV in living room and both upstairs bedrooms, dining room, kitchen (with microwave, large fridge-freezer, touch screen ceramic hob, oven with convection and grill, dishwasher, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, toaster ),
1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom (with bath and shower) and WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm.
Both rooms have a small flat screen TV.
- NON-SMOKING
- Pets: well-behaved four-legged family members are welcome by arrangement
Storage room: washing machine and dryer available
Also: awning, various garden furniture, barbecue.
In the holiday park there is a children's playground with swing, slide and sandpit.
In the months of July / August, the park's own outdoor swimming pool is expected to be open.
In the kitchen there is a basic equipment of spices, flour, sugar
Please note that this is a private house and accordingly furnished to my taste.
I am happy to make my private appliances available to my tenants.
Not an anonymous house equipped only with the bare necessities for pure rental.
In addition to the fireplace, the house is heated in winter with night storage heating or infrared heaters.

The Zeebos holiday park is about 10 minutes' walk from the beach.
With the "Tramm" you can easily visit all the towns on the Belgian coast. In the summer months, the coastal tram also offers attractive deals for families, including entry to an amusement park, museum and much more.
You can also take the tram to Oostende central station and from there to Bruges, Ghent and many other interesting cities.

Bredene is located between Ostend and De Haan on an unspoilt sandy beach with a partially protected dune landscape.
There are cycling, hiking and jogging trails.
Those who do not wish to engage in sports can simply walk on the beach or along the dune paths and enjoy the landscape as well as the sea air, which is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers
In summer, the bathing areas are supervised by the local coast guard.
From Bredene you can reach many beautiful and interesting cities like Bruges or De Haan in a short time. There are also many attractions for the little ones to explore. During the summer season, the 'coastal tram' also offers many 'combination tickets' that combine travel and admission. The tram runs along the Belgian coast and is within easy walking distance from the house towards the beach.
Bruges is also known as the Venice of Belgium. Those who wish can take a 'city tour' along the canals or explore the historic city in a carriage. It is also interesting to note that there are about 172 breweries in Bruges alone. In the 'House of 1000 Beers' you can get an idea of the diversity.
This is certainly something for fathers, but it's better to take the children to the chocolate museum
Other towns also invite you to stay a while: De Panne / Koksijde / Ostduinkerke with its crab fishermen on horseback, Nieuwpoort: Jet skiing, Middelkerke the Provinciedomein Raversijde with the Atlantic Wall, Fort Napoleon Bredene with the wonderful dune walks, a water tower to visit, dahlia garden, De Haan with its beach promenade and Belle Epoche style houses, Wenduine with a platform by the sea where children can have a wonderful ride in a Maxime-Car (kettle car) without cars coming along, Blankenberge with the Sea-Live, Zeebruges with its harbour and huge cranes, the Sea-Front (with submarine tour) and many other sights, interesting towns and attractions.
So there is something for the whole family
If you want to be active, you can go cycling or jogging on signposted routes, there is a large golf course in De Haan, you can play mini golf, surf, surf, sail, jet ski, kite surf, beach surf, windsurf, fly kites, go horse riding and much more. Bredene also offers riders the opportunity to experience beautiful (also guided) beach rides and even to bring and accommodate their own horses.
On the beach there are crabs, starfish and many different shells to see and observe, children enjoy digging in the sand and playing in the warm tide pools.
The Belgian coast also has more to offer than just french fries.
From Bredene you can walk along the beach to De Haan, Wenduine or even further if you are particularly good on foot.
In between, for example, you can eat Belgian waffles, ice cream and cream on the promenade in De Haan with a view of the sea and continue your walk, or you can go to the next 'Tramm' station and ride back to the 'Bredene Rennbahn' station
During the summer months, the tram runs every 10-15 minutes. You can easily visit any town on the Belgian coast
So Bredene is definitely worth a holiday, whether you want to do some sport or just enjoy the towns, the beach and the wonderful dune landscape.

Vacation
We had a very nice time. Everything you need is there and very cozy. We all felt very comfortable. We will come back next year. Communication with the landlord was great. All in all, top.

Wonderful vacation?
After a long and hot journey by car, we arrived at the holiday home and immediately felt comfortable and were able to relax.
Well furnished, everything available, beautiful terrace and garden.
Particularly noteworthy is the uncomplicated handling from booking to final settlement. Everything is super organized, not a single problem, and thanks to the super nice landlord, it’s all really fun.
We will definitely come back... ?

Super beautiful holiday home
The holiday home is very cozy and simply inviting. You feel very comfortable from the first minute. Everything is available to spend a nice and relaxing time. The covered terrace as well as the lovingly designed garden are another highlight. The contact with Ms. Coersten was great from the beginning; she was always reachable. My dog and I enjoyed the time very much. We were there for the first time but certainly not for the last time.

Very beautiful house
We had a great week in the Mirihaus. The house is very well equipped, especially the large kitchen and the covered terrace are great. Mrs. Coersten provided us with very detailed information in advance. We would vacation here again anytime.
