Villa with pool is located above Tucepi on the Makarska Riviera, 1 km from the center. The newly renovated stone house is 230m² in size.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and a toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and each with private bathroom with shower. The sofa in the living area can be used as a bed for two children.
From the living room you get to the large furnished terrace, the swimming pool with stunning sea view, loungers by the pool, and an outdoor shower. There are 4 parking spaces available. A covered barbecue area is also there.

Very beautiful holiday
We (2 adults, 3 children 16, 13 and 7 and a dog) spontaneously (we just needed a holiday by the sea) rented this property and drove to Croatia the next day. On the way there I was already wondering whether everything would be as it is in the pictures and description.... And we were not disappointed!!! The view is fantastic! The house is a mixture of rustic and modern, very well combined. You have peace and quiet and can really switch off from the stress of everyday life. You can find everything nearby... Lidl, petrol stations, small shops and much more. And the area, the beaches and the sights can't be beaten! So we can only recommend it. We are all still very sad that the holiday is over. Many thanks to the landlady and agency Prominens for the great tips and support !!!?
