Our holiday home offers you a lot of comfort:

- All beds are equipped with toppers, there are various options for additional bedding, as well as cribs and high chair, also a shower chair.
2 toilets are available, shower and bathtub.
The living area is tiled, in the sleeping area you will find carpeted floors. Dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, as well as a coin-operated washing machine have found their place in the new kitchen.
We have books and board games for indoor and outdoor for you.
Garden chairs and a grill are available on the covered terrace. Lounge chairs to sunbathe in the large garden are provided.
we are sustainable! The house's underfloor heating is supplied by a geothermal heat pump. The house is well insulated. All windows have external shutters and fly screens.
In front of the house, you will find parking spaces for your car, and brought bicycles can be charged and stored in the lockable garden shed.
With us, the required beds are made when you arrive. Towels and bed linen, as well as kitchen towels, are provided once per stay, but can be reordered for an additional charge.

Location and surroundings of object
House Tina is centrally located in Jork, yet very quiet. The place and the shops, baker, and butcher/restaurants are within walking distance. For walking or dog walking, you are directly located by the orchards of the large contiguous fruit-growing area on the Lower Elbe.
In about 5km, one can reach the Elbe with its dykes and beaches.
The Hanseatic cities of Stade and Buxtehude are wonderful for strolling or dining out. The city of Hamburg is about 31km away by car, but more comfortably reachable by ferry from Finkenwerder.
Jork is also very conveniently located for excursions. The North or Baltic Sea, for example, are only about 100km away, a distance that justifies a day trip.
Free or adventure pools can be found nearby.

Cancellation terms:
Termination by the Landlord A deposit of 15% of the rental price must be paid immediately upon booking. If the payment is not made within 14 days after booking, the holiday home will be rented out to someone else. If there is a delay in the payment of the rental price until 4 weeks before arrival, the landlord is entitled to terminate the contract immediately without further reasons and to rent the property to someone else. The landlord can terminate the contract immediately without prior notice if the agreed payments are not received on time or if the tenant behaves in such a way that continuation of the contract is unreasonable. Termination by the Tenant The tenant may terminate the rental contract before the start of the rental period by written declaration to the landlord. The written receipt by the landlord is crucial. If the tenant terminates the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) must be paid as compensation, accounting for saved expenses, if re-renting is not possible: - Up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price—however, at least a €50 processing fee - Up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price - Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price - Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. Nevertheless, the landlord must endeavor to rent out the property to someone else. If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
