The sea, beach, and dunes are within walking distance of the apartment (about 15 minutes), as is the village center with its shopping street and many restaurants. When leaving the apartment, you should leave it neat and clean.
The rental price includes towels, bed linen, and cleaning costs.
Not included are the costs of tourist tax and possibly a dog.
1 dog is allowed (Cats not allowed).

Very nice holiday apartment

This apartment, furnished with a lot of love and taste, which has a quiet seating area in the garden, can only be rated with 5 stars in all categories and recommended. Also, the small attentions, such as a bouquet of sunflowers or a small selection of drinks in the fridge, made the arrival and the vacation even more pleasant. Such a complete package is not found very often.

Highly recommended

We felt very comfortable in this very clean and cozy vacation apartment. It is tastefully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The location was optimal for us and our dog; you are in a very beautiful dune landscape in a few minutes, where the dogs are allowed to run free. We also really liked Egmond aan Zee and its extensive beach. We would love to come back again.

Always happy to do it again.

We were here for the second time and felt very comfortable again. The nice welcome gifts, the made bed, and the good-smelling towels show that you are welcome.
The only criticism was the dirty microwave, which was probably left behind by one of the previous tenants.
Our dog always feels very comfortable here.
We will definitely come back if there is still availability in the calendar that fits our vacation time.

Empfehlenswert

Warm and very friendly welcome even though we arrived early.
The apartment has everything you need and was clean.
A small issue was resolved within 5 minutes.
In less than 10 minutes, you can reach either the city center or the beach.
We definitely recommend this apartment to our acquaintances and would gladly book it again.

Empfehlenswert

Elly is a very warm, likeable, and friendly person. We were welcomed very friendly even though we arrived early. Little welcome gifts awaited us. In the late afternoon, we had a small operation problem, called Elly, and 5 minutes later, we were already helped. The accommodation was clean, and everything needed for everyday life was available. A cozy walk to the beach in 10 minutes, and you reach the dunes in about 5 minutes. It was our first holiday in the Netherlands, but definitely not the last. And we will definitely book the apartment again. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Our vacation June 22-26, 2020

A beautiful, friendly little house with everything you need for everyday life inside? What I found very nice are a few small welcome gifts for the guest? The only thing that bothered me was the floor making noise when walking, which disturbed our little son while sleeping? Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back. The landlady is very friendly, kind, and helpful. It is a leisurely 15-minute walk to the beach as well as to the town. There is a grocery store (Jumbo) where you can easily shop. A few meters further towards the promenade and the beach, there are small shops with souvenirs or clothing. Overall, I can highly recommend Egmond and this cozy little house ♥️
