All rooms are equipped with a pleasant infrared heater. There is also a wonderful Swedish stove (wood-burning stove).
Sheep fence 50 m for self-fencing
The living room is equipped with a large television. The bedrooms are also equipped with TVs.
There is also a new wood-burning stove for romantic mountain evenings.
In the children's room, an additional TV set is installed, also with a DVD player. Of course, there are also children's toys available.

In the Allgäu winter, around the Alpspitze, Nesselwang's local mountain, a wonderful ski area awaits you with excellently maintained slopes and a 4 km long natural toboggan run leading from the middle station down into the valley. The view alone of the Tyrolean mountains and the foothills of the Alps from the top station of the Alpspitze cable car is dreamlike. The conditions in Nesselwang are also ideal for cross-country skiing. In the snowy winter landscape, a continuous network of cross-country ski trails awaits you with sufficient classic and skating trails.

Again and again, gladly?
We were in this accommodation for 14 days and were very satisfied. From the house, many hiking trails started immediately. There were also some lakes in the area, so we took some trips.
The property is tastefully furnished and, very importantly for me, the beds were great.
I will definitely recommend the house, and Ms. Toewe was always there immediately when we had questions.

Right away again!
We spent a wonderful week in the Allgäu, in Nesselwang with the Toewes. There is simply nothing missing, it is sooo cozy and beautifully furnished. A great view of the snow-covered mountains, we even had a little snow in the garden. The house is quietly located in a holiday park by a stream. Nesselwang and other places/sights are reachable in a few minutes. We would love to come back. It was great! Highly recommended!

Tolles Ferienhaus, mit allem, was man braucht.
Fantastisch, dass wir mit unseren drei Hunden reisen konnten!
Das Objekt ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für mich ganz wichtig,die Betten waren super.
Ich werde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und Frau Toewe war immer sofort zur Stelle,wenn man Fragen hatte.
Das Haus ist modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und über Standard.
Wir hatten mit unseren 2 Hunden eine totale Schneewoche mit super Wanderungen ( auch Schneeschuh) direkt an Haus. Im Dorf beginnt auch eine Loipe ( je nach Schneelage) Zum Einkaufen 5 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Nesselwang. Brötchenservice direkt an die Haustür. Es war einfach nur schön!
Hier ist alles da, um sich längere Zeit wohlzufühlen. Tolle Küche mit allem, was man braucht, mega Terrasse und kleiner Garten.
Im Feriendorf gibt es eine gute Gastronomie und sogar ein kleines Freibad.
Nur wenige Fahrminuten bis Nesselwang.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
Von Anbeginn der Buchung bis zum Schluß fühlten wir uns von Herrn Toewe bestens betreut und erhielten auf Nachfragen super schnell eine Antwort.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Bei der Lage haben wir einen Stern abgezogen, da es halt sich bis nach Nesselwang selbst zu Fuß 2km sind, mal schnell zum Bäcker ist halt nicht. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.
Leider haben wir die Ferienwohnung als nicht so sauber empfunden.
Gerade in der Küche wäre eine Grundreinigung empfehlenswert, ebenso bei den Toiletten. Abzugshaube und die Küchengeräte nicht nach unserem Verständnis für Sauberkeit. Und es liegt nicht nur am Wasser, wie vom Vermieter vermutet.
Wir haben da eine andere Erwartungshaltung.
Außenbereich nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Bank vor dem Haus nicht zu benutzen weil durchgefault. Ebenso der Garten. Wunderschön, aber nicht nutzbar, weil länger nicht gemäht.
Fazit: Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleineren Mängeln.
Wir werden nicht mehr kommen.
Das Feriendorf ist total nett, der Brötchenservice einfach super!
Wir haben schon wieder gebucht, und kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder, wenn es wärmer ist und wir auch die Umgebung noch mehr nutzen können.
Das Haus entsprach von der Ausstattung unseren Erwartungen, der Park war schön ruhig und gepflegt. Alles, was wir brauchten, war da. Ein Punkt der Aufmerksamkeit kann die Hygiene sein, das Haus war besenrein, aber sicherlich nicht blitzsauber. Ich habe ein viel größeres Problem mit der Heizung, aus Erfahrung weiß ich, dass eine Infrarotheizung als Hauptheizung ziemlich viel Strom verbrauchen kann, also wenn man den Ertrag der Solarpanels nicht vergleichen kann (Schnee auf dem Dach!!) mit der Leistung der Infrarotpaneele, dann können die Heizkosten sehr schnell steigen. (das erklärt vielleicht auch die hohe Kaution von 250 Euro). Ich habe vorsichtshalber viel Holz im örtlichen Supermarkt gekauft (90 Euro), um die Infrarotheizung so wenig wie möglich zu verbrauchen. (kalte Küche, kalte Toilette und kalter Korridor und kaltes Badezimmer). Trotz dieser Unannehmlichkeiten hatten wir danach noch eine letzte Stromrechnung von 110 Euro für 1 Woche. alles zusammen also 200 euro extra für strom und wärme! das ist mir persönlich zu viel. Obwohl die Lage super ist, die gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und das nette Restaurant, in dem wir mit unseren 3 Hunden sehr willkommen waren, glaube ich nicht, dass wir dieses Haus ein zweites Mal mieten werden.
Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt, so dass sich auch die Kids und unser Vierbeiner rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Super netter und immer hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
Auch die Anlage bietet viel für Großund Klein.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war immer sehr angenehm.
Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen und würde sehr gerne wieder kommen.
Mit zunehmendem Sonnenschein erkundeten wir die wirklich schöne Landschaft,
es gibt unzählige Wanderwege und einsame Seen, in denen es sich auch schön baden lässt. Viel Spass für Kinder und Erwachsene: die Sommerrodelbahn bei der Alpspitzbahn und der Kletterwald Grüntensee. Landschaftlich tolle Wanderung entlang des Wasserfalls, Ausgangspunkt Alpspitzbahn. Hier wird es jedoch für Hunde evtl. schwierig, da der Weg über viele Gitter verläuft. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit, und wir haben noch lange nicht alles gesehen. Wir kommen also gerne wieder!
Stilvoll eingerichteter Wohnbereich. Wir waren dort mit den Kindern und dem Hund und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Kinder und auch 4 Beiner sind überall herzlich willkommen.
Skischule im Ort war TOP.
Es hat und sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
wir haben uns in Ihrem Haus in Reichenbach wirklich rundherum wohlgefühlt. Das neue Badezimmer hat dazu begetragen.
Weiterhin eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.
Gute Matratzen. Die Terassen sind nach Süden und Westen ausgerichtet, sodass wir je nach Tageszeit die Sonne genießen durften. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich mit guten Möbeln ausgestattet. Wir buchen Ihr Haus bestimmt noch einmal.
