Description
In this new light-flooded holiday home for six people for a relaxing holiday. The Beach House No5 located in close proximity to the beautiful North Sea beach in Zeeland.
All three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box spring beds.
The garden (fully fenced) faces south and invites a lounge seating area and a large dining table to relax and linger.
Many restaurants & beach bars are within walking distance.
In the living room, as well as in an upstairs bedroom there is a flat screen.
A gas fireplace adds even on colder days for an evening at the Beach House No5.
There is free wireless internet!
If necessary, you can take an extra charge bicycles, barbecue and many other services via to complete.
Occupancy of 6 people (adults + children).
From 2017 arrival Friday from 16:00
The house has a parking lot. If you arrive with two cars, you can park the second car for free in the parking lot of the camp Zonnedorp.
No letting to youth groups, Minimum Age for Renters is 25 years.
In the high season only weekly basis is rented.
In the low season stay at least 5 days (Please Request price).

Location and surroundings of object
The house is 250 meters from the beach and about km from the village Renesse in a newly installed House Park (12 houses).
The beach is easily reachable on foot in 5 minutes.
Renesse is located centrally on the long Nordzeestrand of Schouwen-Duiveland (Zeeland).
The clean beach is kilometers long and very wide.
This is divided into several sections and is perfect for the family, nature, water sports holiday.
The beach of Schouwen-Duiveland is well known at home and abroad. The beach was several times awarded the blue flag. This is an international recognition which will be enough annually to clean and safe beaches.
On a total of 21 kilometers of beach can be found 14 Starndrestaurants some of which are also open in winter.
In summer more auxiliary items of lifeguards are spread over the beach.
The island of Schouwen-Duiveland has also kilometers of cycling and hiking trails.

Of the forest and dune areas on the west coast, to the historic Zierikzee Schouwen-Duiveland is a real experience. Even the beaches of fine sand guarantee a top holiday. But the nature reserves (with wooded dunes, bays and playful new wetlands as De Prunje) invite you to explore by bike or on foot. Schouwen is surrounded by water, making it ideal for (kite) surfing, sailing and other water lovers ..

Beautiful house in a great location
The house is beautifully located and super close to the beach. It is quiet, yet you can quickly get to the city center.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired... It was only clean where one can easily reach: under the beds, the sofa, and the furniture was dirt and sand from several previous tenants - an empty bottle, toys, and other stuff/trash. Since we were there with a crawling baby, we noticed it. Outside, the used towels and bedding from the previous guests were still lying around, and the terrace hadn't been swept in a long time.
There were still crumbs and leftovers on the dining table and around the trash can.
The high chair was also dirty.
The crib was in the house, but without a mattress. We had to create a makeshift solution here. Since we had a lot of traffic, we only arrived in the evening around 8:30 PM. The vacation starts off poorly when you have to first take care of a bed… We managed to reach the manager by phone, and she informed us that we should contact the owners regarding the mattress.
We did that the next day and received a callback right away. The mattress should be in the house (it wasn’t; we checked everywhere). We wrote to the owners about all the information that we describe here and received the information that they forwarded the complaints to the manager, who would get in touch with us. Two days before departure, the laundry of the previous tenants was picked up. The manager had not contacted us anymore. Only after we wrote on Thursday evening (the evening before departure) and inquired about how the key handover would take place did we receive a response. She then said that she would like to come by, but when we asked when exactly she meant, we received no further answer. We also communicated this to the owners, informing them that we would leave the keys on the dining table. Since then, we haven’t heard anything. Too bad, because the house is actually very beautiful.

Toller Urlaub
The beach house is lovingly decorated with beautiful details. The equipment is excellent (enough plates, cups, dishwasher, Senseo machine, etc). The location is absolutely perfect, quiet in a dead-end street and only a few minutes' walk to the beautiful beach. We would come back anytime.

Fantastic accommodation with a great surrounding.
Super friendly furnished holiday home, well suited for families. Plenty of space and good room layout. Everything was very clean. The garden is fenced and offers plenty of space to relax. The beach is only a few hundred meters away and can be reached quickly on foot. The town and restaurants are also nearby. We are super satisfied and excited ??
