This nice, attractive and luxurious Villa Sonja is designed with passion, care, love and attention to detail, prepared and decorated. It is a detached villa with a large private pool of 50 m2 and a beautiful garden of 1,500 m2 with roses, olive trees, palm trees and many plants. The villa consists of two apartments that are rented together.
The first floor has a private entrance and consists of a large double bedroom, a living room with sea view, large kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace. Everything is equipped with new high quality Italian furniture and leather sofas.
The huge ground floor has two entrances and consists of entrance hall, larger kitchen overlooking the pool, 2 beautifully appointed double rooms (one with sea view), a single room, 3 bathrooms, one with bath, the other with shower, and the third larges a combined shower and bath. There is a large dining table in the dining room, lodge with dining table, very large living room with leather sofas and fireplace and access to a very large terrace with a nice relaxing area with sea views.
The ground floor is connected with stairs in the tavern with a large fireplace in the basement. There is also a large room with table tennis, gym and a beautiful bathroom with large shower. Behind the villa is a large private pool 5x10 m with covered summer kitchen with terrace and a very large table all together to eat and enjoy.

Villa Sonja Fazana
We had a perfect relaxing holiday at Villa Sonja in Fazana
We would like to thank the Sugar family for their hospitality. The whole holiday was looked after competently and appropriately and, above all, with great care. Nothing was missing
The villa is luxuriously furnished, huge and the pool was the highlight!
The location of the villa is perfect. Quietly located with a great view! The distance to the beach and the city centre were within walking distance
As always, it was a fantastic holiday in Croatia for the whole family!

Beautiful villa with dream outdoor area
We (two families) spent a wonderful week in Fazana. Ivan and his father are the perfect hosts. From the first to the last day, we were taken care of in every way. The house is very spacious, nicely furnished, and the pool with outdoor kitchen (grill) is simply a dream. The pool is sheltered from the wind. We could still swim there when the cold wind at the beach became uncomfortable. The property is designed with olive trees and roses and is very well maintained. The beach and the restaurants can be reached in a maximum of 5 minutes by the provided bicycles.
