In the centre of the picturesque village of Liapades, in a lane next to the church, you will find this small cosy house, recently lovingly renovated. It is a two-storey traditional small village house, approx. 60m² in size. From the balcony there is a panoramic view of the countryside with its mountains all the way to Pantekrator. It is two kilometres to the nearest natural beach Rovinia and the main beach of the village Yerfira Beach.
The village square has a restaurant, cafes and shops, and within a 10-minute walk towards the beach there are several supermarkets, restaurants, a moped rental and a doctor. The bus stop is about 10 min from the house, buses go from there to Corfu Town and the seaside resort of Paleokastritsa. A car is not absolutely necessary. If you want to make excursions and explore the numerous beaches of the island, you should rent a car or scooter. There is a pharmacy, petrol station and supermarket on the main road.
Corfu is known as the evergreen island. Even in August, you can walk through green olive groves from your house. The island is home to over 4 million olive trees. This corresponds to one third of the island. Liapades is located in the northwest of Corfu. The place is known for many small natural beaches and grottos that can only be reached from the water. It is a wonderful diving and snorkelling spot. In the north of Corfu there are some beautiful sandy beaches. With a car or scooter, you can visit the various beaches or experience the spectacular sunsets in the west.

It is a two-storey traditional small village house, approx. 60m² in size. From the balcony you have a panoramic view of the landscape with its mountains up to the highest mountain of the island, the Pantekrator. You walk one kilometre to the nearest natural beach Rovinia or the main beach of the village Yefira Beach. It is a few steps to the picturesque village square with its church, restaurants, cafe bars and a shop. Cafes, shops and the restaurant are open all year round.

Absolute Erholung in netter Umgebung
We had a very nice time in the appartement and in Liapades. The appartement is very clean, ( and it was cleaned every second day). Furniture is simple but functional and well-kept. It is possible to cook simple meals in the small oven and on the stove on top - but also the taverns are so close, not to expensive and very good ;)! We traveled with our daughter who really enjoyed the beautiful garden. Marilena was very thoughtful . She, her husband and her two sons were always very friendly to us. If you want to have a private and quiet getaway for your holiday - this is the perfect place! “
