Location and surroundings of object
The house with it´s big garden and own pool is situated in a very quiet area ,a small path , about 300m from the beach in the village and 400m to the square of Liapades . Next to the house are shops, tavernas and bakery.
The swimming pool is only for our clients. Liapades is a small village surrounded by many forests with olive trees. It´s very nice situated - walking trips, many good areas for fishing and has a very nice traditionell market square with bars, shops and 6 old pittoresque churches.

Dream house in the nature with beautiful view close to the beach
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this is the place for you. The beach is magnificent, access is via a partially steep set of steps; the access road, which is also passable for cars, runs directly along the property. The property is beautifully situated, there are 2 holiday homes with shared pool use on the property. During our rental, the other house was not occupied, which we personally found pleasant. . We felt very comfortable and can recommend the house without reservation for families with children. Liapades and Paleokastritsa offer numerous gastronomic, nightlife and leisure opportunities. A rental car is recommended for the journey and further exploration of the island.

Perfect Holidays, perfect house with pool
Thank you for leasing us your beautiful villa. Very often, we have been disappointed because places booked over the net have been less impressive in reality. But your villa was the opposite: It was excellent in every way. The accommodation was spacious and of top quality. The pool was superb. Everything was clean and the cleaning lady diligent and pleasant. All of our party of 7 people had a very good time.We were very happy with the gorgeous house, service and your smiling hospitality. We would like to see you again and come back some day. We will recommend this villa for everybody. And if you come to France someday, please do not hesitate to contact us! Once you visit this place you have to come back. We stayed for three weeks and found this place our home from home. Breathtaking ocean view remind you every morning where you are. Beach and all amenities are just short walk from the villa. This is definitely five stars villa and you will have hard time to find something what you will not like. We are definitely coming back next year and rent both houses. Brilliant the villa was very clean bright and spacious has everything and more.

Beautiful house on the beach in nature.
A few lines that we would like to commemorate here. Thank you so much for the excellent organization of the rental of your house and congratulations on your beautifully furnished house for feeling comfortable. Time went by too fast to implement all of your tips in a short time, but we still got to know the island a bit during our short stay (the north on the coast to Arillas, the beautiful little mountain villages in the area around Agros, Korfustadt and the south only a little because we were stuck at the beach of Mirtiotissa).
The house and the island are incomparably beautiful. Located directly in nature, you are awakened by cicadas and take a beautiful footpath to one of the most beautiful natural beaches on the island.
We liked Corfu very much and Liapades is a charming, cozy, very beautiful place. All people are very friendly and helpful, and we would love to come back one day.
Your house was a dream that we unfortunately used too little on the few rainy days.

Great house at the beach of Rovinia
The location of the house is pretty great, being within walking distance of the Liapades village, the pebbly town beach and the secluded sandy Rovinia beach. The town is not too touristy, but still offers several good dining options. Paleokastritsa is a short drive, Korfu town is 30 minutes away by car. The pool is great, the views are breathtaking, absolute quiet situated. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, the house seems quite new and not lived-in. Roll-down blinds and mosquito nets on windows were helpful. Plenty of TV channels available. Car rental 80 meters away, friendly staff, good deals on cars. A car is essential for exploring the island with decent roads and many great areas to discover. Good value and a nice alternative to large hotels.

Great house in great area
The location of the apartment is pretty great, being within walking distance of the Liapades village, the pebbly town beach and the secluded sandy Rovinia beach. The town is not too touristy, but still offers several good dining options. Paleokastritsa is a short drive, Korfu town is 20 minutes away by car. The pool is great, the views are breathtaking. We didn't need the AC with the weather in the upper 20's lower 30's, the wifi was pretty steady. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, the apartment seems to be pretty new and doesn't have a "lived-in" feel, roll-down blinds and mosquito nets on windows were helpful. There were plenty of TV-channels, but very few in English. Practical remarks: There are 3 convenience store just a few steps from the apartment, but if you're arriving late, be prepared. A car rental office is 20 meters away, nice ladies working there, basic cars but good deals to be had. I found the car being essential for traveling around the island which has pretty decent roads and lots of great areas waiting to be explored. If Katharina managed to somehow fix this issue, her rental would be amazing. Overall, great value for money and a nice alternative to big hotels.
