Description
The house was built 50 years ago to its own design for the family. In terraced garden camellias, mimosa, olives, lemons, oranges, lots of roses and flowering shrubs grow. Before the house is located across the width of a 70 sqm terrace with shady pergola overgrown. Garden furniture (deck chairs, outdoor table, seating, umbrellas) are plentiful. Next to the terrace is a small swimming pool (pool service included).
The house consists of a large living room with open kitchen and breakfast bar, comfortable seating, large dining table, house has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds. 1 bathroom with tub and toilet. 1 bathroom with shower. 1 extra toilet. Panaromafenster over the entire home front to the terrace.

The house is at the end of the village "Consiglio di Rumo", in the municipality of Gravedona in the countryside surrounded by vineyards and olive groves about 300 meters above the Lake Como with wide panoramic views to the southeast. The house is accessible via the village road by car. Above the house is a shaded parking. Until the Lake Como and the beach community of Gravedona there are 10 minutes. Above the village "Consiglio di Rumo" many hiking trails begin for bikers on old donkey paths to the Swiss border, which are well characterized.
made a variety of sports such as surfing, kite surfing, etc. In Gravedona sailing school is mitvielfätigem training program on Lake Como. There is Mietsegelboote (motor boats). Gravedona has a tennis club with Mietplätzen.

The supply is not a problem. Within walking distance is a mom and pop shop for daily needs. In Gravedona are 3 supermarkets, many good pizzerias, Resraurants and cafes.

In Gravedona and the surrounding communities, there are some very important churches and palaces. Until Como there are 1 hour's drive along the beautiful Lake Como. Up Milan is hours by car on the highway on the eastern shore of the lake.

Pure relaxation
A dreamy little spot on Earth. Peace and relaxation guaranteed with a wonderful view of the lake. Great for dogs, as the property is completely fenced. Everything is available in the kitchen. Very good restaurants in the neighboring villages. We would love to come back.

Holiday with a first-class view
We spent wonderful and relaxing days in Casa Orsola. We felt very comfortable in the quaint and cosy house, and the pool at the house was a highlight for the children
The agent is very friendly and always approachable. The small village of Gravedona invites you to spend some cosy hours on Lake Como
All in all, a successful holiday, even in times of pandemic.

Holiday with dog
We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday in Casa Orsola. The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired, everything works and is in good condition. It is also reassuring that you have a contact person if needed, Dora takes care of you immediately. A small paradise is found in the beautiful garden and a pool with a fantastic view makes relaxation perfect. Our dog would not report anything else, he could move freely and secured by a garden fence on the property. All around an addictive holiday, we will be back.

A dream house
Our 2 weeks were wonderful!
The house is very well furnished and you immediately feel very comfortable.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, only the bathrooms are a bit out of fashion, but still in good shape! The view and the location deserve even more stars than you can give and even the view from the pool is magnificent. Highly recommended all round.

Casa Orsola
Our holiday in Casa Orsola met our expectations in every respect, therefore 5 stars for all criteria. High-quality kitchen equipment, tasteful dishes (it was fun to set the table), beds very comfortable, house and terrace comfortably furnished, pool super!
Most beautiful: sitting on the terrace in the evening with a glass of red wine and looking at the starry sky and the lake. But there are also other nice things to do: hiking and cycling in the mountains, swimming in the lake, having a coffee or aperitif in the bar, going out for a delicious meal.....
