We rent a newly renovated private Ferienhüsli for max. 4 people from the sea in a well kept holiday residence, just 400 m.
The Hüsli includes a kitchen (dishwasher)
a separate bedroom with double bed 160/200
a gallery with 2 beds 90/200
a bathroom with shower and separate toilet
Everything is new and modern. The kitchen is very well equipped.
Color TV and radio.
A beautiful patio with pergola, deck chairs and charcoal grill are also included.
A washing machine is available.
For Hüsli has a reserved parking space.

Location and surroundings of object
The Hüsli is located in a well maintained gated residence. On foot you reach a dirt road in about 7 minutes to the kilometer-long broad sandy beach.
In the residence there is a community pool, which may only be used by guests of the "Residence Le Hameau du Soleil".
The concierge lives in the residence.
There are shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
In 5 minutes you are by car in Städtli Valras. In high season a "Petit Train" all day until midnight goes to the center and back. On foot you can walk in about 40 minutes along the sea Valras.
On the beach can do sports.
Dogs are allowed on request. The Gärtli is fenced.

Highly recommended
The cottage is located in a very beautiful holiday home complex; it is small but very nice, especially the very large terrace invites you to linger. Even if it rains (which was not the case), you can sit dry. The beautiful beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Our dog also felt very comfortable; you were actually not allowed to take him to the beach, but it was no problem to walk him in the mornings and evenings. We will definitely come back. Ulla Korn
