Detached holiday villa for families, and we therefore preferably rent to families.
4 bedrooms and everything else you need for a relaxing vacation
10 comfortable beds, a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and induction cooktop.
55" 4K SAT TV, double bedroom downstairs with 40" TV digital reception, and the triple bedroom upstairs also with 40" TV. Stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs

In the storage room there is a separate, free-standing 60 l oven

The villa is especially suitable for renting to families.
You have a wonderful view of the adjacent park.
Fishing without a permit is possible in the pond behind the house!

The villa has 4 parking spaces. We are the Cornelsen family and have just bought Villa Sejama. For years we have been enthusiastic holiday home vacationers.

Then you have also been annoyed by too few dishes and glasses, missing hooks in the bathroom, and too little space in the closet? That has to stop. That’s why we have just renovated our dream villa and furnished it so that you can fully enjoy your holiday with us.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have. The whole house has been newly painted and lovingly furnished and decorated.
There is a bathroom with a tub and a bathroom with a shower and two sinks; the sauna is also located there.
Each floor has a separate toilet. Bed linen and towel service are of course available on request:

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday villa is located in the Landal Park De Banjaard, in Zeeland, the sunniest province of the Netherlands.
The garden borders a pond, where fishing is also possible.
The Banjaard beach has been awarded several times as the "most beautiful beach in the Netherlands", the location is unique, at the Veersegat Dam, between the North Sea, Oosterschelde, and the Veersemeer, a water sports paradise. The beautiful towns of Zierikzee, Goes, Middelburg, Vrouwenpolder, Domburg, and especially the picturesque Veere are easily accessible by car.
Nature lovers explore the area by bicycle or on hiking trails.
Riding, sailing, swimming, surfing, paragliding, deep-sea fishing, diving, tennis, and water skiing are also possible in the area.
Enjoy the opportunities of the North Sea, including beautiful beach pavilions. In the reception building:

Perfect all around - highly recommended.
We were with three families (and three generations) in the holiday house and everyone was continuously thrilled. The location is great, the outdoor area is lovingly and beautifully designed. Everything has really been thought of. Nothing is missing and it was very tidy and clean. In holiday houses, you often have a "musty" smell - that is not the case here at all. The landlord is very friendly, uncomplicated, and flexible. We will definitely go there again in the summer.

Lovely house in an excellent location
Last week we celebrated a vacation with our whole family (8 adults and two young children) in villa Sejama. Despite the bad weather, we had a very nice vacation. The house and the beautiful garden were well cared for and clean upon arrival. There was even a bottle of wine ready for us! The house is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Three high chairs, two cribs, changing mat, children's tableware, everything more than enough. It's also nice that there is a washer and dryer. There are three terraces by the house so you can always sit in the sun. All terraces have beautiful wooden tables and there are more than enough chairs available. There were even comfortable loungers for everyone. Our men did a lot of fishing from the garden and even caught big fish. Park Banjaard is beautifully landscaped like a park. It is very peaceful and green. In a few minutes we were at the center, where there is a nice swimming pool and a supermarket. And of course the beach, just a 10-minute walk away. The little ones, of course, in the wagon that is also at the cottage. We also cycled to Vrouwenpolder and Veere. Veere is highly recommended! In short, we had a wonderful vacation, in a wonderful house in a wonderful place. Definitely recommend it! P.S. The house is privately rented, but the contact with Wolfgang Cornelsen went very well, so very reliable.

All good!
Hi, we as a large family (including all grandparents) with 9 people came for the second time this year on Ascension Day after 2018. And again, everything was perfect. Contact with Mr. Cornelsen? An example: Even when this time I asked by email the evening before departure at 11:10 pm if we could check out 1 hour later (we got caught up watching the second half of the Champions League final after getting home), I had an answer within 19 (!) minutes. I received a response within a few minutes, so late in the evening I immediately got an email at 11:29 pm, great service, always available! And we could sleep a little longer the next morning, with time to check out in peace.
The house is very clean and well-maintained, stylishly furnished, there is a lot of technology available, both entertainment electronics (large SmartTV, various gaming consoles, etc. We actually used one of them in 2018 after watching the ESC, some kind of karaoke thing, which was really fun :O), as well as in the kitchen (air fryer, sandwich maker, etc.). Plenty of space, comfortable seating, comprehensive amenities (various board games, books, various dishes, all cabinets labeled, which is helpful and makes tidying up easier). Adequately spacious bedrooms, a shower with a Finnish sauna (depending on the weather this can be a delight), a bathroom, 2 toilets. A beautiful large garden, also equipped (grill, seating, wagon, ping pong table), with plenty of space and various small "corners". You can fish directly from the garden (in 2018 we caught a carp immediately after arrival). The house has a well-understandable and comprehensive information brochure with all relevant information regarding. The house, the park, and the surroundings. The sea is easy to reach on foot, in less than 10 minutes you are at the water, and it's about 20 minutes to the next beach pavilion. We will definitely come back! All good!

A very nicely furnished holiday home where we felt comfortable right away. Ideal for families with children. Very well-maintained. Great amenities. A wonderful garden with beautiful views and large terraces. The beach is within walking distance in a few minutes. Highly recommended. ??

Toller Kurzurlaub
We spent the Corpus Christi weekend in the house (2 families, total of 7 people) and had a great time. Communication with the landlord and the local contact person worked smoothly. The house is very well equipped. It has a great terrace, and the playground around the corner is visible from there. The beach is within walking distance or quickly reachable by rental bikes. Absolute recommendation, we would book again if we travel to Zeeland in the same constellation.
