The villa has 4 parking spaces. We are the Cornelsen family and have just bought Villa Sejama. For years we have been enthusiastic holiday home vacationers.

There is a bathroom with a tub and a bathroom with a shower and two sinks; the sauna is also located there.

The holiday villa is located in the Landal Park De Banjaard, in Zeeland, the sunniest province of the Netherlands.
The garden borders a pond, where fishing is also possible.
The Banjaard beach has been awarded several times as the "most beautiful beach in the Netherlands", the location is unique, at the Veersegat Dam, between the North Sea, Oosterschelde, and the Veersemeer, a water sports paradise. The beautiful towns of Zierikzee, Goes, Middelburg, Vrouwenpolder, Domburg, and especially the picturesque Veere are easily accessible by car.
Nature lovers explore the area by bicycle or on hiking trails.
Riding, sailing, swimming, surfing, paragliding, deep-sea fishing, diving, tennis, and water skiing are also possible in the area.

Perfect all around - highly recommended.
We were with three families (and three generations) in the holiday house and everyone was continuously thrilled. The location is great, the outdoor area is lovingly and beautifully designed. Everything has really been thought of. Nothing is missing and it was very tidy and clean. In holiday houses, you often have a "musty" smell - that is not the case here at all. The landlord is very friendly, uncomplicated, and flexible. We will definitely go there again in the summer.

Lovely house in an excellent location
Last week we celebrated a vacation with our whole family (8 adults and two young children) in villa Sejama. Despite the bad weather, we had a very nice vacation. The house and the beautiful garden were well cared for and clean upon arrival. There was even a bottle of wine ready for us! The house is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Three high chairs, two cribs, changing mat, children's tableware, everything more than enough. It's also nice that there is a washer and dryer. There are three terraces by the house so you can always sit in the sun. All terraces have beautiful wooden tables and there are more than enough chairs available. There were even comfortable loungers for everyone. Our men did a lot of fishing from the garden and even caught big fish. Park Banjaard is beautifully landscaped like a park. It is very peaceful and green. In a few minutes we were at the center, where there is a nice swimming pool and a supermarket. And of course the beach, just a 10-minute walk away. The little ones, of course, in the wagon that is also at the cottage. We also cycled to Vrouwenpolder and Veere. Veere is highly recommended! In short, we had a wonderful vacation, in a wonderful house in a wonderful place. Definitely recommend it! P.S. The house is privately rented, but the contact with Wolfgang Cornelsen went very well, so very reliable.

All good!
Hi, we as a large family (including all grandparents) with 9 people came for the second time this year on Ascension Day after 2018. And again, everything was perfect. Contact with Mr. Cornelsen? An example: Even when this time I asked by email the evening before departure at 11:10 pm if we could check out 1 hour later (we got caught up watching the second half of the Champions League final after getting home), I had an answer within 19 (!) minutes. I received a response within a few minutes, so late in the evening I immediately got an email at 11:29 pm, great service, always available! And we could sleep a little longer the next morning, with time to check out in peace.
The house is very clean and well-maintained, stylishly furnished, there is a lot of technology available, both entertainment electronics (large SmartTV, various gaming consoles, etc. We actually used one of them in 2018 after watching the ESC, some kind of karaoke thing, which was really fun :O), as well as in the kitchen (air fryer, sandwich maker, etc.). Plenty of space, comfortable seating, comprehensive amenities (various board games, books, various dishes, all cabinets labeled, which is helpful and makes tidying up easier). Adequately spacious bedrooms, a shower with a Finnish sauna (depending on the weather this can be a delight), a bathroom, 2 toilets. A beautiful large garden, also equipped (grill, seating, wagon, ping pong table), with plenty of space and various small "corners". You can fish directly from the garden (in 2018 we caught a carp immediately after arrival). The house has a well-understandable and comprehensive information brochure with all relevant information regarding. The house, the park, and the surroundings. The sea is easy to reach on foot, in less than 10 minutes you are at the water, and it's about 20 minutes to the next beach pavilion. We will definitely come back! All good!

A very nicely furnished holiday home where we felt comfortable right away. Ideal for families with children. Very well-maintained. Great amenities. A wonderful garden with beautiful views and large terraces. The beach is within walking distance in a few minutes. Highly recommended. ??

Toller Kurzurlaub
We spent the Corpus Christi weekend in the house (2 families, total of 7 people) and had a great time. Communication with the landlord and the local contact person worked smoothly. The house is very well equipped. It has a great terrace, and the playground around the corner is visible from there. The beach is within walking distance or quickly reachable by rental bikes. Absolute recommendation, we would book again if we travel to Zeeland in the same constellation.

Im Sommer werden wir sicherlich mal wieder hinfahren.
p.s. Het huis is van een particuliere verhuurder, maar het contact met Wolfgang Cornelsen is heel goed verlopen, dus heel betrouwbaar.
ach 2018 angereist. Und wieder hat alles gestimmt. Kontakt zu Herrn Cornelsen? Ein Beispiel: Selbst als ich dieses Mal am Abend vor der Abreise um 23:10 Uhr per mail angefragt habe, ob wir nicht 1 Stunde später auschecken könnten (irgendwie sind wir nach dem nach Hause kommen bei der 2. Hälfte des ChampionsLeague-Finales hängen geblieben) hatte ich nach 19 (!) Minuten eine Antwort, ich bekam also spät Abends umgehend eine email, um 23:29 Uhr, toller Service, immer zu erreichen! Und wir konnten etwas länger schlafen, am nächsten Morgen, mit Zeit, um in Ruhe auszuchecken.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet, es ist viel Technik vorhanden, sowohl Unterhaltungselektronik (großer SmartTV, verschiedene Spielekonsolen, etc.,) eine haben wir tatsächlich 2018 nach dem Schauen des ESC mal benutzt, irgend so ein Karaoke-Gedöns, hat tatsächlich viel Freude bereitet :O), als auch in der Küche (Heißluft-Fritöse, Sandwich-Toaster, etc.). Viel Platz, gemütliche Sitzmöbel, umfassende Ausstattung (allerlei Gesellschaftsspiele, Bücher, verschiedenstes Geschirr, alle Schränke beschriftet, was hilfreich ist und das Aufräumen erleichtert). Angemessen geräumige Schlafzimmer, Eine Dusche mit finnischer Sauna (je nach Wetter kann das Freude bereiten), ein Badezimmer, 2 Toiletten. Ein schöner großer Garten, ebenfalls ausgestattet (Grill, Sitzmöbel, Bollerwagen, Tischtennisplatte), mit viel Platz und verschiedenen kleinen "Ecken". Man kann direkt vom Garten angeln (2018 hatten wir direkt nach der Ankuft einen Karpfen am Schonhaken). Im Haus liegt eine gut verständliche und umfangreiche Info-Broschüre mit allen relevanten Infos bzgl. des Hauses, des Parks und der Umgebung. Meer ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, keine 10 Minuten ist man am Wasser, bis zum nächsten Strandpavillion sind es dann gut 20 Minuten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! alles gut!
Die Sauna mussten wir natürlich unverzüglich austesten und wurden nichz enttäuscht.
Zu empfehlen ist es, sich einen Saunazusatz einzupacken, da dieser leider nicht im Haus vorhanden ist/ bzw. Bei uns nicht vorhanden war.
Hiedzu könnte man ggf. In der Beschreibung des Hauses einen Hinweis hinterlassen.
Dies war jedoch auch (gefühlt) das einzige, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts nichz vor Ort auffanden.
Backofen, Sandwichmaker, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und vor allem eine riesige Auswahl an Geschirr und Gläsern fiel uns positiv auf.
Bei Rückfragen auch während unseres Aufenthalts war Herr Cornelsen stehts hilfsbereit und zeitnah zur Stelle.
Wenn sich die Situation ergibt, werden wir definitiv erneut bei Herrn Cornelsen buchen!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder!
Zudem war das Haus bei Ankunft sehr sauber und ordentlich!

Sehr schönes und vorallem sauberes komfortables Haus mit großem Garten der direkt am Wasser gelegen zum entspannen einlädt.
Mit allem was man braucht ist das Ferienhaus
sehr liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet.
Der Park ist sehr sauber ... und das Animationsprogramm einfach super :)

Der Service durch den Vermieter war super und alles war sehr sauber. Wir sind rundum zufrieden!
Das Haus war toll, alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Schlicht , modern und edel.
Die Bäder prima modern , die Betten sehr bequem und zudem alles top sauber. Es fehlt einem tatsächlich an nichts .
Geschirr ( auch modern ) reichlich vorhanden , so dass wir nicht dauernd spülen oder die Spülmaschine anmachen mussten.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms well equipped. The living room and kitchen was perfect to spend time together as a group and we had a beautiful view from the garden.
Attention has also been paid to ensuring we had plenty of information available about what to do and see in the area. The location is perfect, as many activities are possible:
- Cycling - it is an excellent location for road cyclists to train
- sightseeing - there are many beautiful towns nearby
- shopping
- Nature walks
- swimming
and much more!
And, of course, after spending a day outdoors, it was lovely to enjoy a sauna upon our return.
We will definitely stay here again!
Wir wurden freundlich von Herr Hagemes (der Herr welcher sich vor Ort um das Haus kümmert) empfangen und im Haus herumgeführt. Bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit bei ihm melden, und er ist sofort vor Ort, wenn es ein Problem geben sollte.
Am besten hat uns die Lage des Hauses gefallen. Das Haus liegt gleich neben einem Spielplatz. Vom Garten aus kann man den eigenen Kindern beim Spielen zuschauen. (aber keine Angst: es sind nie viele Kinder auf dem Spielplatz; also kein Lärm wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte)
Zudem liegt das Haus nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Für uns optimal, da wir die meiste Zeit am Strand waren.
Das Haus selbst ist nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. An qualitativ hochwertigen Möbeln wurde nicht gespart. Platz gibt es zudem reichlich. Wir waren zwei Familien und wir hatten trotzdem genügend Platz.
Alle nötigen Haushaltsgeräte sind vorhanden: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kaffeemachine, Senseo, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Grill, en riesengrosser Fernseher, Staubsauger, uvm. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Noch im Urlaub haben wir uns überlegt, was man am Haus bemängeln könnte,...
... NICHTS
Unser Fazit: wenn wir nochmal in Holland Urlaub machen dann wieder in der Villa Sejama.
