The villa consists of two completely independent apartments.
This listing concerns the larger part of the villa, which is offered to vacationers for short stays.
Apartment A (6+2 beds in bunk beds +4 in sofa beds in the living room):
three bedrooms with three bathrooms.
Living room with another bathroom and sofa beds.
Equipped kitchen.
Equipped terrace.
Apartment B is located in the lower part of the villa. It is constantly closed. Reserved for owners who live in Rome and use it occasionally and with great discretion.
Swimming pool for the exclusive use of the entire villa, normally operational from June to September. Upon request, if weather conditions allow, it can be kept operational during other periods as well.
Parking for six to twelve cars.
The parking area is accessed through a motorized and remote-controlled gate.

The landlord took good care of us. Contact was very good. The villa has a beautiful view and is very spacious! We even got a bigger flat than booked without any extra charge. Large terrace with very good barbecue! The price-performance ratio for this area is just great! Thank you Antonio!

I wasn't prepared for the type of property Villa Pia is...it is great if you want to do some hiking and if you're a large group and if you have a car. I was solo and had no car and couldn't do any walking! But the owner was so incredibly nice - he arranged for someone to pick me up and drop me off at the beach who also took me back at night. The last night of my stay he was in town and he and his wife invited me up to their house for a glass of wine and fun conversation...and gave me a gift of the most delicious mozzarella! Really lovely people. I didn't just get a place to sleep...I made new friends.
