Promised offer was not fulfilled without feedback.

After our inquiry about the vacation property, we quickly received a great offer via email from Mr. Jedynski. He requested prompt feedback as the property was in high demand. Less than 12 hours after receiving the offer, we also communicated via email that we would like to accept the offer and were looking forward to further information about the process. We were somewhat surprised that we did not receive a response to our email. So we sent another email one day later. Still no response. Attempts to contact by phone were also unsuccessful. After sending Mr. Jedynski a WhatsApp message, he called back immediately. He informed us that he was on vacation and would send me the bank details for the required deposit. A deposit of 10-15% of the offer was due, and only then would he send the booking confirmation. From then on, we checked our email inbox and spam folder daily. After 1.5 weeks of no information, we messaged Mr. Jedynski again via WhatsApp. We didn't want to disturb him during his vacation, but since 14 days had passed (if we are to believe his statement), we were expecting an email. Again, no response to our message. Our calls were also ignored. We then looked at the occupancy plan and found that for the week for which we received an offer for 7 days, there is now a booking for 5 days. Since we have not received any message until today that the offer was a mistake or similar, or that there was a double booking or anything else, we now have to tell our children that the vacation they were looking forward to will not happen. We would not give any stars if possible.

Holiday

Very quiet & great exercise facilities for dogs. Not far to the beach & it's great if you have small children. We really enjoyed our holiday there & will do it again!

Perfect for relaxing & doing nothing

It was one of the best holidays I/we had!
We went on a 4 girls trip to Nowe Warpno & everything was perfect! The beach invites you to relax & you are not disturbed because there is nothing around. The property & the house are very well maintained & the inside of the house is just wonderful! And it lacked nothing
For people who just want to do nothing & want their peace and quiet, it is 100% recommended!

We will definitely be back!

Visit to Nowe Warpno

We had a really relaxing and beautiful weekend here with our two children. The small town of Nowe Warpno on the peninsula between Lake Neuwarp and the Szczecin Lagoon offers good food as well as swimming. The city of Szczecin is only a few kilometres away and absolutely worth seeing. We would love to visit again.

Quiet time out

The holiday home is super clean and well maintained! It was very cosy for 7 people, but no problem thanks to the extra beds provided by the landlord! In general, there is nothing missing, because the landlord family cares very much and you can contact them with any problem at any time
For a big shopping trip, you have to drive a bit. There is only one VERY small shop on site
A very nice place to relax and unwind.

relaxed

We were 6 women and two small children. It was a bit tight, but if you're not too picky, the house is super cozy. The garden is very large, and the best part for us was the "private" beach where we had cozy bonfire evenings in the afternoon. The staff, or rather the older man who came by once a day, was super sweet and immediately helpful. We were very happy and realized that we had booked too few days. We will definitely do it again.
ps. Remember to bring a sharp knife and a cutting board, that was unfortunately missing, everything else was there.

Wonderful accommodation for peace and relaxation

Very friendly reception and care. Perfect German! Actually, one should not express oneself so positively here, so that the place remains a hidden gem. The house is located in a spot in the middle of the forest, a two-minute walk to the water. The property is very spacious and fenced, ideal for dog owners. The house equipment is great and perfect, there is really nothing missing. Everything is uncomplicated and friendly, we were very enthusiastic. If you are looking for peace and want to go on long, extensive walks with your dog, this is the perfect place. Our dog loves the water and enjoyed a thorough swim, and I think she was very happy. We were completely satisfied and will see when we can go back next time.

Recreation and Pure Nature!

I can only recommend the beautiful house! The house is very clean and nicely furnished. It is about 150 meters to the water, the sandy beach is empty, which means we were alone there and could relax completely. The property is located directly on the beach and is very large. We were initially hesitant to book the house because we read 2 bad comments about the tap water. The water does not smell! We enjoyed our vacation very much and will definitely come back. Perfect also for a holiday with the dog. The dog could roam freely all week without a leash and muzzle and swim in the sea!

Beautiful holiday in an idyllic location.

We spent 10 days in this small, sweet cottage. We arrived with 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog. We really enjoyed the days. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and asked for feedback on the day of departure. The beach is a bit further away than indicated in the advertisement, but this did not bother us as it was still really nice and relatively close. The house is cute and clean. We had no complaints about the house. The property is fantastically beautiful and fenced, so that children and dogs can run around without any worries. We will definitely come back :-)

The most amazing family vacation

It was a great vacation, 100m to the sea, we were able to bring our 4-legged family members, so our family was complete. Amazing beach, we did great bike tours (bikes on-site). We rented kayaks and spent great hours. The house is mega great and stylishly furnished.

Recreation and pure nature!

If you want to enjoy peace and nature, this is the perfect place. Surrounded by a beautiful forest landscape, yet close to the water and not far from the port of Nowe Warpno! Phenomenal! Very friendly and helpful hosts! Highly recommendable!

Blue house on the beach ...!? Approx. 300m east of the lighthouse.

Nice quiet house. Unfortunately, the beach is about 300m away. There were no shower towels, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags only upon request. The steam shower was also broken, and the water smelled and was not potable, which we only noticed when we had diarrhea! And with 7 people, the house becomes very cramped, and there is only cutlery for 5 people. We left the house after one week, unfortunately! And there is not much to see, except if you drive 60 km to Szczecin.

Easter vacation 2017

We were in both houses over Easter. Unfortunately, we had to realize that the descriptions on the internet did not quite correspond to the actual facts. We primarily chose the houses because of their direct location by the water (according to the description, 50 m) as my husband is severely handicapped. Unfortunately, he could not manage the actual distance to the water on foot (250 m). Also, the offer mentioned 3 bedrooms, but in reality, there were 2 bedrooms and 1 couch in the kitchen. Our teenagers missed the Wi-Fi (according to information, it can only be used in summer). Other deficiencies, such as missing dishes, towels, bedding, and one non-functioning TV, have been rectified. The smell of the water was very unpleasant. After letting it runoff for hours, the odor was gone in one house. In the first house, we didn't dare to shower or brush our teeth. We consumed liters of mineral water. The barbecue area is only available on one property. However, since we rented both houses, it didn't bother us. In summary, we can say that the house is very nice and suitable for a normal active family to spend a nice holiday. Above all, the large garden with the forest is great. The village of Nowe Warpno is also very nice.

Perfect holiday at the beach

We were there for a week at the Blue House, the house is beautiful, clean and the rooms, bathroom, kitchen are super equipped with all appliances and things you need on vacation. Wishes are considered and fulfilled. In short, simply a perfect property on the beach to relax and unwind. Next year we will come back.
