This bright, cosy and very well equipped flat is located in a beautiful, quiet residential complex with communal garden and swimming pool, close to the centre of the village and 5-10 min. walk to the beach.
The flat is located on the ground floor and has a living area with dining table and sitting area with TV and music system. From here you have access to the very spacious terrace with wooden seating furniture and 2 sun loungers. There is a view of the garden and the communal pool. The separate kitchen is very well equipped, as is the bathroom with bathtub and shower partition. There is a double bed in one of the bedrooms and 2 single beds in the other - both have fitted wardrobes. All in all, this is a flat where you can feel completely at home.

Sheets and towels are for long term rental on request. Pets are not allowed. Conil has in recent years become a very popular holiday destination, not least because there is no mass tourism recovered. In summer, the Spanish holidaymakers are still in the majority, the beautiful beach stretches over 15 km. The best travel time is from April, May, June, September, October.

Special: If you are unable to travel due to Covid-19, you will receive a voucher for the deposit amount, which can be used towards a future booking.
