You will occupy 81 sqm of living space at ground level and a wellness area of 75 sqm.

The holiday flat offers in detail:

- 1 bedroom with double bed

- 1 children's room with bunk bed and 1 single bed

- 1 living room with stove (kitchen witch) and adjoining open kitchen as well as a spacious dining area.

- 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, washbasin, washing machine, hairdryer and direct access to the "pool area"

- large hallway area with access to the terraces and the garden area incl. sandbox and swing set

- Wellness area, 75sqm, with sauna and a heated indoor pool (5 x 3 metres) in a cosy atmosphere

- The garden is south/west facing. You can enjoy the sun until sunset. On hot days, fruit trees provide sufficient shade.

Linnau lies in a densely wooded landscape between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea in the north of Schleswig-Holstein. The nearest larger town is Flensburg.

Can't decide between the North Sea or the Baltic Sea? That doesn't matter. From here you can reach both in a relaxed way, with a pleasant drive across the countryside, and without traffic jams. Depending on the weather, which often varies, you can decide spontaneously.

Nice short vacation

The accommodation is beautifully and comfortably furnished, very clean and exceptionally well equipped with everything you need. The highlight was, of course, the pool, which was also usable in autumn thanks to the heater.
The contact with the host was nice and smooth. We will definitely come back!

Mega we're coming back !!!

Clean, well-equipped and very cozy. We had some bad luck with the weather, but that didn't bother us much because of the pool and the coziness of the holiday home.

There are many beautiful destinations to visit nearby.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the occasional Wi-Fi connection. It can be a bit difficult with a teenager on vacation.

The landlord is top-notch. He responded to inquiries and is super friendly.

We will come back.

Beautiful accommodation

A really beautiful accommodation. The bathroom and wellness area are really unique! We have not seen anything like this before, unfortunately we were only there for one week, but next time we will definitely stay longer!

The garden is also really great, our children could play here very well
The contact to Mr Petersen was also great, he is a young and very arranged landlord

We will be happy to come back, keep up the good work!

Cool thing.

Short and sweet: Great accommodation!

I asked the landlord spontaneously if he would deliver bread rolls to us, as it was my wife's birthday and I wanted to surprise her.

No problem at all! At 08:00 a.m., fresh bread rolls were waiting outside the door, of course for a small fee.

Very cool thing, Mr. Petersen. Thanks again!!

Top accommodation with a guarantee of relaxation!

Again and again!

My husband and I spent our wedding weekend in this beautiful residence.
In short, it was fantastic! Beautiful house, very well equipped and super clean.
The wellness area is unique, here you can really relax, the pool is nice and warm.
We can definitely recommend this accommodation and will definitely return.
Mr. Petersen is a very accommodating landlord and super likable.

Communication with the landlord was slow!

We had booked a week at the vacation home in Linnau. Due to technical problems, we could only arrive a day later. This was communicated to us at short notice, as the damage was presumably only discovered recently. The house is well-equipped. The water in the pool was also pleasantly warm. After about three days, we randomly discovered that there were small dead bugs (cockroaches, woodlice?) all over the house behind the sofa, under the bed, behind cabinets. With the amount of dead beetles, it was probably only superficially cleaned. After addressing the landlord via email, he wanted to find out what type of beetles they were and promised to get back to us, as we were afraid of taking this vermin home. We didn't hear anything more from the landlord for the remaining vacation time. The communication via email after the vacation for the reimbursement of the postponed vacation day was very tedious. The day was reimbursed. However, we would have wished for better communication. Otherwise, you can relax very well in the house in Linnau. However, a car is necessary because the nearest bakery or grocery store is about 6 km away. Activities are also only reachable by car. But that's known before booking. Despite this excitement, we had six nice days in Schleswig-Holstein.

Holiday season - time for relaxation

Very nice and well-equipped holiday apartment including pool and sauna area, with a large garden. Ideal starting point for exploring the North and Baltic Sea. Denmark can also be reached in no time.

Rural relaxation

We come from the city, so this vacation in the countryside was new territory for us. The house, in our opinion, is very rural, super beautiful! Lots of greenery and everything that goes with it. Beautiful walks are possible, with many forests in the surrounding area.

The apartment is great, as well as the wellness area. Everything is clean, and it's easy to live here! The internet connection doesn't seem to be the best - the landlord told us that the fiber optic expansion in the community is imminent, this has been the only downside for us, but we are also spoiled in this regard. ;-)

Recovery time

Traumhaft schön

We were three for an extended mother-daughter weekend in the house and enjoyed every minute there. Mr. and Mrs. Jürgensen are incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortably furnished. The provided folder contained many helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. The wellness area with pool and sauna is a dream, completely private and therefore available for use without strangers at any time. Since we were there in winter, we didn't get to enjoy the garden as much, but I can imagine it being very cozy during the summer months. Shopping is easier to reach by car, and due to the short distance, a trip to beautiful Denmark or Flensburg is also possible. Thank you very much for everything. We will definitely come back!

Great place to relax. Short distance for us from Kiel. Great swimming in the pool, which is exclusive to tenants only. No outsiders in the pool. "Heiße Hexe" (cooking and baking with wood), barbecuing, garden games in good weather. Everything is new and well-equipped. The house has a solar system and is powered by solar energy. Bicycles available for father, mother, and child. Short distances to larger cities like Flensburg, Schleswig, etc. Flensburg has a very beautiful city center that is perfect for shopping and dining. My son only noticed the Wi-Fi after the 2nd day. Very nice but undisturbed contact with the landlords.
