Big bright Rüme await. The ground floor of the living and dining area with integrated fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom with bathroom en suite and access to the terrace provide all the amenities. Two further bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. A common bathroom is in the middle. The house has a gallery overlooking the ground floor.

Casa Fontes da Matosa is dirket at the end of a small cul de sac on a large orange grove.
Fontes da Matosa is a small community, about 6 km from the wide beach in Armacao de Pera. To the next larger town of Alcantarilha is 3 km away. There is a fruit and vegetable market, post office, a large supermarket and some good restaurants.

Arrive and feel at home!
We (3 people) were relaxed right after our arrival. Nice and uncomplicated landlords. A very nice and big vacation house. Very well equipped. A house where you don't have to clean up. You feel right at home. A well-maintained pool and outdoor area. The location is very quiet and ideal for exploring or relaxing in the Algarve. In the evenings, we liked to eat in Silves or Alcantarilha or cook/grill ourselves. Everything is available. Supermarkets etc. are nearby. Our favorite beach was Praia da Falésia. Although the water temperature was only 18°C in July, it was a nice cooling off with almost 30°C outside temperature. A car is of course necessary. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in this house.

Oasis of well-being in the Algarve
After a wonderful week in the "Casa Fontes da Matosa", it was really hard for us to say goodbye. We were and still are thrilled by the tasteful furnishings, the very good equipment and the quiet location.
A pool that belonged only to us and that the children and we used extensively, a view of a beautiful orange plantation that was so relaxing that we will remember it for a long time.
The landlords Ulrike and Richard are such incredibly open and friendly hosts and are always on hand to answer any questions! Thank you for this opportunity for an uncomplicated holiday
If you are looking for privacy, but still want to get to the hotspots quickly, if you like cooking and barbecuing, and if you want to swim in the pool whenever you want, you will find everything here to enjoy! From us really in all points the best rating! A dream!

Very relaxing family holiday
We stayed with our two teenagers for a fortnight in this great holiday home and felt very comfortable. We wanted for nothing and the landlords were very warm and helpful. The house is very lovingly furnished and the pool was the crowning glory
You have to have a car, but we knew that beforehand and we enjoyed the seclusion very much.
We will gladly come back again!

Fantastic house
We have been able to enjoy all the amenities of the Casa and are completely delighted with the design of the house and the garden. The pool does the rest to be able to relax completely. You can reach important spots very easily by car, and we also enjoyed the peace and quiet of the village. The landlords are friendly and available as contact persons. Absolutely recommend! We will be happy to come back.

Ein Pool der nur uns gehörte und den die Kinder und wir ausgiebig genutzt haben, eine Aussicht auf eine wunderschöne Orangenplantage, die so entschleunigt hat, dass wir sehr lange davon zehren werden.
Die Vermieter Ulrike und Richard sind so unheimlich offene und freundliche Gastgeber und sind immer bei Fragen zur Stelle! Danke für diese Möglichkeit des unkomplizierten Urlaub machen’s.
Wer Privatsphäre sucht, trotzdem schnell an den Hotspot’s sein möchte, wer gern kocht und grillt und wann er will eine Runde im Pool schwimmen möchte, der findet hier all das zum Genießen! Von uns wirklich in allen Punkten die beste Bewertung! Ein Traum!
Man ist zwingend auf ein Auto angewiesen, was uns jedoch vorher klar war und wir haben die Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Das Haus ist bestens mit allem ausgestattet was man zum täglichem Leben braucht und es fehlte uns an nichts ! Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Wir haben in den Morgenstunden und auch Abends, wenn wir von unseren Ausflügen zurück kamen, den Pool und die herrliche Außenanlage genießen können, die regelmäßig von unserem sehr freundlichen und immer hilfsbereiten Vermietern gepflegt wurden.
Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt hatten wir eine Zwischenreinigung sowie Handtuch- und Bettwäschenwechsel.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse in dem kleinen und beschaulichen Örtchen, umgeben von einer wunderschönen Orangenplantage.
Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto, dass auf jeden Fall angebracht ist, in ein paar Minuten an dem nächst gelegenen Strand und einigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
......unsere Fazit: sollten wir wieder einmal an die Algarve reisen, wissen wir schon heute wo wir wieder sehr gerne wohnen würden !!
Und nach zwei Wochen kann man sagen : Besser hätte die Wahl nicht sein können.
Das Haus liegt in einem Dorf mit vielleicht 100 Einwohnern und ist umgeben von Orangenhainen.
Also herrscht hier ( bis auf ein paar Hunde ) himmliche Ruhe.
Die Ausstattung ist in allen Bereichen mindestens gut bis sehr gut und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.
Ein Masterschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Bad und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Bad in der ( offenen ) ersten Etage.
Der Wohnbereich ist bis in den Giebel ausgebaut und mit stilvollen Möbeln ausgestattet.
Aber eigentlich will man sich im Urlaub ja nicht drinnen aufhalten, sondern im Freien sein.
Und auch da haben wir den tollen Pool und die kleine Aussenküche genossen.
Als Fazit kann man nur sagen : Wenn man ein Haus an der schönen Algarve sucht, dann hat man hier eine tolle Möglichkeit gefunden.
Ein PKW ist natürlich dringend erforderlich. Aber das ist ja durchaus üblich
