Big bright Rüme await. The ground floor of the living and dining area with integrated fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom with bathroom en suite and access to the terrace provide all the amenities. Two further bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. A common bathroom is in the middle. The house has a gallery overlooking the ground floor.

The well-kept outdoor area overlooking Amandoeira Golf, farsightedness in the Serra, non-accessible pool with covered terrace and seating for 6 persons, small outdoor kitchen, sun loungers and barbecue invites you to an unforgettable Urllaub.

Casa Fontes da Matosa is dirket at the end of a small cul de sac on a large orange grove.

Fontes da Matosa is a small community, about 6 km from the wide beach in Armacao de Pera. To the next larger town of Alcantarilha is 3 km away. There is a fruit and vegetable market, post office, a large supermarket and some good restaurants.

Arrive and feel at home!

We (3 people) were relaxed right after our arrival. Nice and uncomplicated landlords. A very nice and big vacation house. Very well equipped. A house where you don't have to clean up. You feel right at home. A well-maintained pool and outdoor area. The location is very quiet and ideal for exploring or relaxing in the Algarve. In the evenings, we liked to eat in Silves or Alcantarilha or cook/grill ourselves. Everything is available. Supermarkets etc. are nearby. Our favorite beach was Praia da Falésia. Although the water temperature was only 18°C in July, it was a nice cooling off with almost 30°C outside temperature. A car is of course necessary. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in this house.

Oasis of well-being in the Algarve

After a wonderful week in the "Casa Fontes da Matosa", it was really hard for us to say goodbye. We were and still are thrilled by the tasteful furnishings, the very good equipment and the quiet location.

A pool that belonged only to us and that the children and we used extensively, a view of a beautiful orange plantation that was so relaxing that we will remember it for a long time.

The landlords Ulrike and Richard are such incredibly open and friendly hosts and are always on hand to answer any questions! Thank you for this opportunity for an uncomplicated holiday

If you are looking for privacy, but still want to get to the hotspots quickly, if you like cooking and barbecuing, and if you want to swim in the pool whenever you want, you will find everything here to enjoy! From us really in all points the best rating! A dream!

Very relaxing family holiday

We stayed with our two teenagers for a fortnight in this great holiday home and felt very comfortable. We wanted for nothing and the landlords were very warm and helpful. The house is very lovingly furnished and the pool was the crowning glory
You have to have a car, but we knew that beforehand and we enjoyed the seclusion very much.
We will gladly come back again!

Fantastic house

We have been able to enjoy all the amenities of the Casa and are completely delighted with the design of the house and the garden. The pool does the rest to be able to relax completely. You can reach important spots very easily by car, and we also enjoyed the peace and quiet of the village. The landlords are friendly and available as contact persons. Absolutely recommend! We will be happy to come back.

Dreamy house in a quiet location but still central for everything the heart desires

We were in September 2016 on the Algarve in Alcantarilha in the beautiful house "Casa Fontes da Matosa" and even now, after our return to Germany, we are still enthusiastic.

The house is well equipped with everything you need for daily life and we didn't miss anything! Everything was very clean and tidy.

We were able to enjoy the pool and the beautiful outdoor area in the morning hours and in the evenings when we returned from our excursions, which were regularly maintained by our very friendly and always helpful landlords.

After one week of stay, we had a mid-stay cleaning and a change of towels and bed linen.

The house is very quiet in a dead-end street in the small and peaceful village, surrounded by a beautiful orange plantation.

Nevertheless, you can reach the nearest beach and some shopping facilities in a few minutes by car, which is definitely recommended.

......our conclusion: if we should travel to the Algarve again, we already know today where we would love to stay again!!

Everything top for a great vacation!

We were in Portugal for the first time in the summer of 2016 and chose the "Casa Fontes de Matosa". And after two weeks, you can say: The choice couldn't have been better. The house is located in a village with maybe 100 inhabitants and is surrounded by orange groves. So, except for a few dogs, there is heavenly peace here. The equipment is at least good to very good in all areas, and everything you need is available. There is a master bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom, and two more bedrooms share a bathroom on the (open) first floor. The living area is built up to the gable and is equipped with stylish furniture. But actually, on vacation, you don't want to stay indoors, but be outside. And there we enjoyed the great pool and the small outdoor kitchen. In conclusion, you can only say: If you are looking for a house on the beautiful Algarve, then you have found a great option here. A car is of course absolutely necessary. But that is quite common.
