Description

Our non-smoking holiday apartment offers 50 m² of space for a maximum of 3 adults plus 2 children.
It is located on the 1st floor of our house and consists of a bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed (80x180), living room with sofa bed (sleeping area 120x200), eat-in kitchen with cozy dining area, as well as a bathroom with bathtub - showering possible in the bathtub with shower curtain.
It is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday - from kettle to dishwasher. Insect protection screens in all rooms
In the large, fenced garden there is a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill for undisturbed use.
Parking for cars/vans in front of the house.
We are also happy to offer you a shuttle service to the train station or a ride to the supermarket if you arrive without a car.

Our vacation rental is located in a quiet outskirts of Falkenstein, just 100 meters from a large forest area.
It is well suited for a relaxed vacation in any season with many interesting excursion destinations, reservoirs, and bathing lakes, as well as an extensive network of hiking trails and ski tracks (e.g., the year-round Grünbach ski track).
Dogs can enjoy their freedom in the woods and fields. Excursion destinations:

Beautiful holiday apartment with friendly landlords

We were there for 1 ½ weeks and felt very comfortable: The apartment is nice, clean, quietly located, and contains everything you need; the landlords are exceptionally open and warm. Well-maintained apartment, quiet location, friendly landlords.

The apartment corresponded to the description in the listing. The layout and furnishings of the rooms were perfect for us. The landlords are very friendly and attentive; we were also allowed to linger in their beautifully maintained garden.

The apartment was geographically located close to the villages we wanted to visit. Beautiful hikes can be done directly in the surrounding area, including around the nearby reservoirs. The Falkenstein reservoir is also used as a bathing lake, has beautiful sunbathing areas, and offers snack options.

We can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience and will definitely book it as a starting point just for hikes.

Beautiful Vogtland in Autumn

Wow, a great holiday flat. In addition to the very good furnishings of the flat, the guest is spoiled with lovely little things. There is a lot of information about excursion destinations, shops and restaurants as well as a dog-safe garden with a stress-tested rabbit. The landlords are friendly and live on the ground floor. Beautiful Vogtland

A very good day to you! We have been on holiday with the Fritzsch family for a fortnight now and I must say it was very nice. everything was there, the flat was clean and well maintained and shopping was no problem. all the shops are close by, including kebab and pizza

I was able to spend a week in this beautiful holiday apartment, where I really lacked nothing. Simply everything you need is there. And the most important thing for me was the cleanliness. Leaves nothing to be desired

The holiday flat is attractively furnished and perfectly equipped down to the smallest detail. The landlords on the ground floor are open-minded and extremely friendly. The shared use of the garden, even with a dog, is also a big plus. None of our dog holidays has ever been so uncomplicated and relaxing. The location of the flat is ideal on the edge of the forest, and Falkenstein is also within easy walking distance. Great starting point for hikes and sightseeing in the Vogtland. This short holiday really left nothing to be desired.

Vacation couldn't be more relaxing - everything is just right.

We had a wonderfully relaxing New Year in this great vacation rental. You walk in and really feel at home. Everything has been decorated with a lot of heart and love. The guest lacks nothing. Both humans and dogs are so warmly welcomed - that is very rare to find. The location is unbeatable, a beautiful corner of Germany. We have never been so relaxed in such a short time. Oasis of well-being

I can highly recommend this great accommodation with many stars. The guest lacks nothing. Complete apartment equipment, clean and lovingly furnished with a lot of heart and warmth. You could easily move in here. The hosts are super nice and accommodating. With our two dogs, it was also no problem, as a beautiful large garden can be used. The forest is just around the corner, what more could a dog's heart desire. When vacationing in Falkenstein, this self-catering accommodation offers a great value for money and leaves nothing to be desired. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back :-)
