The municipality of Hage charges a health resort fee (for adults only), which you pay separately on site (not included in the rental price). You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them from our house management at a reasonable price. All prices incl. VAT. |
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental: free of charge - Between 29 - 14 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price - Between 13 - 1 day before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price If a stay in the rental property is not possible due to a governmental order related to the current coronavirus crisis, you will receive the payment you made in full without deductions, and we will not charge any cancellation fees in this case.

Beautiful New Year transition
We were at Haus Kristina over the New Year. If I could, I would give 10 points with stars. Everything is just right here. Cleanliness, furnishings, conservatory, and garage. Also the high-quality electrical appliances. The contact with the landlords was more than friendly.
We will miss it.

Top holiday home for the family
We had a wonderful time in this holiday home at the North Sea! Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a cozy, well-kept, and lovingly furnished accommodation. The amenities leave nothing to be desired – everything was clean, modern, and well thought out. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful living area with an adjacent winter garden. The garage is large and spacious.
It is only a few minutes to the gravel lake, where you can take a nice walk with your dog and children. The beach in Norddeich is quickly reachable by car. Shopping options are very close by. Communication with the hosts was also excellent – friendly, helpful, and always reachable.
We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolute recommendation for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday at the North Sea.

Vacation with Dog
We were now for the second time in this wonderful holiday home.
The house is very clean and very well equipped.
We lacked nothing.

Top holiday home!
Very nice clean holiday home, everything you need is there. Everything is very quickly accessible by car, from shopping to the beach. The large winter garden is amazing ?. Very nice landlord ? We will come back ..

"Repeat offender" in the best sense....
At least once a year to the holiday home Kristina is a must - 2x a year is better!!! A holiday home that couldn't be better. It has EVERYTHING you need (or might just need) very nicely furnished, clean anyway... just perfect for the right feel-good vacation. Our dogs also think so, as they feel absolutely at home here! The house has become dear and valuable to us over about 20 years, so we will be back on board again next year.
