Location and surroundings of object
Very well located for those who seek peace and quiet, in the countryside only 7 km from the town of Lamballe and the most beautiful beaches of the Cotes d'Armor: Pléneuf Val André, Erquy, Sables d'Or.
The swimming pool of Lamballe has an excellent spa, the train station is 6 km away, theatre, lake, the small village of Planguenoual with its petrol station and shops is 4 km away.
