Description

The terraced house has approx. 55 m² of living space, which extends over two floors. There are two bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people and a small child

The first bedroom is perfectly suitable as a parents' bedroom with a large double bed (200x200), a wardrobe and an HD TV, while the second bedroom with two single beds offers a nice sleeping accommodation for two children. For the little ones, there is also the option of setting up an existing travel cot.

The daylight bathroom, like the entire house, has electric underfloor heating that can be controlled separately for each room.

On the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchenette with Senseo machine, microwave and dishwasher as well as the spacious dining and living area, which invites you to cosy evenings with its large HD TV, Blu Ray player and mini stereo system. Games fans are also catered for, with several board games and children's books available in the house.

Directly in front of the door is an outdoor storage room, which is ideal for storing your own or borrowed bicycles. A washing machine and a dryer are also available here free of charge.

You can park your car comfortably directly in front of the house on the private car park

Furthermore, free Wi-Fi and a handcart are at your disposal

Bed linen and towels can be booked on request.

This holiday home, renovated in 2016, is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the North Sea spa Norddeich.

All shopping facilities and the beach are within walking distance, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the sea. The holiday home is in the immediate vicinity of Ocean Wave and the Norddeich-Ostfriesland adventure park

After a 500-metre walk, you are directly in front of the seal station, one of the great highlights for every child in Norddeich.

We'll gladly come back.

We used this vacation home to spend a short holiday on the North Sea coast on a conveniently located bridge day. This was only possible because the landlady also accepted alternative overnight stays. Many only rent for a minimum of 7 days and therefore quickly fell out of our choice.
In hindsight: Thank God!
The key handover was uncomplicated and friendly through a local service.
The pictures did not promise too much and correspond to the actual conditions. Nothing left to be desired. Some things with attention to detail. In short: nice, clean, organized, and with a certain feel-good atmosphere.
The location is also top-notch, close to the seal sanctuary. The North Sea is only a few minutes' walk away. In addition, the terraced corner house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac. A private parking space is right in front of the house.
All in all, a well-rounded experience. We will be happy to come back.
