Within walking distance of the dunes (10 min.), The beach and the lively city of Renesse (20 min.), This luxurious detached holiday home in a quiet location in the family park De Bongerd. In sunny, fully fenced garden you can enjoy the evening after a day in the Zeeuwse outside air. Some bicycles (including children's bikes) and a cart are available. On a bike you can make wonderful trips through the adjacent nature reserve De Vroongronden, surrounded by wild cows, horses and deer.
Both the ground floor and the first floor are self-contained apartments. Therefore, it is an ideal house for eg two families.
The bright living room on the ground floor has a large comfortable seating area and a dining table. Behind the sliding wall is the illuminated, covered terrace, which at night can wine still wonderfully relaxing with a good glass.
In the generously appointed open kitchen has among others a ceramic hob, a fridge and an oven. In the laundry room is a freezer.
The three bedrooms on the ground floor a large single bed (140x200) or a double bed (160x200) or a bunk bed. In all the bedrooms are enough closets.
The downstairs bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet.
The spacious and bright living room on the first floor also has a comfortable sitting area and a dining table. From the living room you reach the balcony where you can enjoy from the sun gorgeous.
The generously equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking and has a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a microwave.
The living room has a sofa bed for two people. In the separate bedroom has a double bed (Auping).
The spacious bathroom has a bath, a sink cabinet and a toilet.
The house is centrally heated. They feature a digital TV with many international channels, Free WIFI and a washing machine. You can park in private. Max. 1 dog is allowed if it does not come with the bed or sofa / chair / chairs. The dog is not allowed on the 1st floor.
Park De Bongerd has a supermarket which is open during the season. There you can buy your fresh bread in the morning. The associated beach house is available free at your disposal on the beach "Watergat" from early May to early September. There you will find beach chairs, an umbrella, windscreens and sufficiently beach toys for the kids. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. The beach is only five minutes away by bike. In high season you can also use the free electric beach.

The beaches are very wide and clean.

Spread over the entire 21 km length of the beach, there are no less than 14 beach pavilions, some of which are open to find in winter.
