Super cool vacation with a really great owner.

We were 11 people for two weeks in the house. The house was very clean, great pool, enough space for everyone. A nice area to visit and with the car, you can reach many great beaches. Maybe we'll see each other again? Thank you for everything?

Recommended holiday home for several families

The house was very clean and everything is in good condition. The furnishings were also as described. The landlord welcomed us very kindly and also prepared additional items (baby beds) beforehand. We received quick assistance with any questions or other matters. We found the location of the house great... It takes just a few minutes to drive to the beach, and Rovinj and Pula are also easily reachable and definitely worth a visit. We felt very comfortable there and gladly recommend it.

Dreamlike

We were two families and had a fabulous time at Villa Cera. The landlord has been very nice and helpful at all times
The highlight of the house is the pool and the barbecue corner. From Vodnjan you can be in Pula and other great cities in 20 minutes
We will come again.

Successful holiday in a great house

We travelled with 3 families
(6 adults + 5 children) and were very warmly welcomed in a very neat and clean house.

The sleeping facilities were already super prepared in the living room and cots were also made ready.

Although there were so many of us, there were enough places to retreat to when we needed some peace and quiet.

The pool was super clean and there were enough sunbeds.

The dishwasher broke during our stay and was immediately replaced with a new one.

The landlord answered all our questions via Whats app when we needed tips.

We would definitely come again

Very nice house

The house is very cosy and lovingly furnished. Be it furniture, kitchen etc. nothing is missing. We were 5 adults and 4 children. We felt very comfortable. The pool is suitably large.
Nice house to retreat to. Landlord very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic holiday home

Hello, my family and I (8 adults and 1 child) visited Villa Cera for 14 days and were pleasantly surprised!

The house is very neat, well-kept and clean! The house offers a lot of space and recreational possibilities. The house is divided into 2 living units. There is the downstairs area and then up a few stairs to the upstairs area. Very nicely designed for lots of privacy!

There are plenty of lounging options in the garden for everyone by the pool

The pool is cleaned regularly by the landlord!

The house is located in the village of vodnjan. It is cosy and quiet. I would describe it as historic. We really enjoyed walking there together

Shopping facilities are within walking distance. The nearest town, Pula, also offers many shopping opportunities

We looked for things to do in the area on the internet beforehand and then phoned around to find out more. There is also information material in the house. (Flyers)

Fazana beach (pebble beach) is 10 minutes away by car. Medulin Beach (sandy beach) is 20-25 minutes away. Very suitable for children and family :-)

The landlord is very friendly and helpful! A small swing was installed for my son on arrival

There were 2 birthdays during the stay. Gifts were even organised. A very nice gesture!

Always a pleasure and we can only recommend it! :-)

Very nice summer holiday

We spent a wonderful 14 days in this house. We arrived with nine people and the house was very clean, the furnishings as described and everything we needed was there. The welcome on site was very warm, we received many good tips for activities and were allowed to enjoy the fresh fruit and vegetables on the property. The location of the house is ideal. The beach was only a few minutes away by car, restaurants and shops were within easy reach. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our landlord, Mr Bojan Ceric, once again.
