The house is located in a small villa complex, Lealawadee, all have a very spacious layout and a large garden area. The house has a living area of approx. 100 sqm, modern bathroom, wheelchair accessible. The housemaid comes twice a week.
The house was built in a special Bali-Thai design, and is therefore unique here with us at Dolphin Bay. The construction and safety standard is European. All rooms are sufficiently air-conditioned, and it also has its own drinking water purification system of very good quality. In the evening, the entire property and the garden are illuminated, which gives it a completely different charm. The pool deck, as well as the illuminated pool, are lit up in color. Enjoy the starry sky.
The pool is a seawater system, maintained by an Australian purification system. This gives you a wonderful bathing experience at any time, without chemicals! The water is crystal clear. The maximum depth is 1.50 meters. With the comfortable sun loungers, with umbrella, on the pool deck, it is a great alternative to the nearby beach.
For longer stays, we recommend renting a car to explore the beautiful surroundings. We would be happy to make you an offer. We ourselves like to ride our bikes to the beach, for coffee or good wine, to one of the typical restaurants. Right outside your door, a well-developed, safe bike path begins, leading you for 30 KM along the beaches, Dolphin Bay, and Pranburi River.
Accents of bright colors, with attention to the smallest detail, inside this house, lift your spirits and make you feel like you’re on vacation here. Nothing here is dull or boring. Asian motifs appear in the decoration with many natural stones, wood, authentic vases, pretty statues, and many flowers. In the morning, you listen to the chatter of the birds.
The layout of the holiday accommodation offers comfortable living spaces for a variety of occasions – whether for families with children, older people, or younger people.
The house is accessible for the disabled and suitable for wheelchair users. The bedroom is furnished according to the standards of a super deluxe hotel room and is very well designed. Very large wardrobe, air conditioning, and a private terrace.

Malee-Garden is located near Huahin, between Pranburi and Sam Roi Yot.
2.5 hours south of Bangkok International Airport, in a quiet location.
Bangkok city is 180 KM away.
The beautiful beaches of Dolphinbay and Praknambran are about 5 minutes away by bicycle, car or scooter. The beach of Sam Roi Yot is, in our opinion, the most beautiful beach that the area around Huahin has to offer.
The traditional way of life and the many small local restaurants and bars offer an exotic oasis for relaxing and swimming. Treat yourself to a massage on the beach. A small supermarket for quick needs is located approx. 700 metres away, other larger local markets can be found approx. 3 km away. The nearest large shopping centre with many shops is located in Pranburi, approx. 12 km away. The centre of Huahin is about 30 km away.
The nearest restaurant is 300 metres away. In 500 metres you will find a large resort with tennis courts, aqua slides and a good European restaurant. The small wine cellar is not to be sneezed at.
Pizza and other dishes are delivered free of charge from there, as well as from many other restaurants. Our manager will be happy to help you.
Golf enthusiasts are sure to find what they are looking for in the area. In addition to around 10 world-class courses, there are also a large number of local, mostly army-owned, golf courses. The nearest course is approx. 5 minutes away (approx. 3€). The cost of golfing is between 3€ and 150€ per round, depending on the course you choose.
We have listed a few things you should definitely do on our website. Have a look. I'm sure you won't get bored here. In addition to the large shopping malls in Huahin, it is definitely worth exploring what is still typical of Thailand.
The name Khao Sam Roi Yot means mountain with 300 peaks, which describes the landscape quite well. The rugged limestone hills rise up to 605 metres directly from the Gulf of Thailand. The western part of the park is occupied by about 36.8 square kilometres of freshwater marshlands. There are mangrove swamps on the coast.
Individual specimens of the rare goat-like goral species with the English trivial name "Mainland Serow" (Nemorhaedus sumatraensis) still live in the park, the Javan monkey and the southern spectacled langur populate the beach and the area around the park headquarters, and sometimes even an Irrawaddy dolphin (Orcaella brevirostris) is said to pass by here. Other rare species that have been spotted here include lorises, leopards and the banded lizard.
This national park is also home to a wide variety of birds, up to 28 species of larger water birds, the white-bellied sea eagle, various species of storks and herons have been observed here.

In Sam Roi Yot, there is no pronounced rainy season. For this reason, the most famous neighbour is the royal family of Thailand, who have their private residence here.
Last year we only had a few rainy days, which means that it rains for 1 or 2 hours and then the sun shines again shortly afterwards. In January, temperatures can drop below 25 degrees on 2-3 days.

Super holiday home with swimming pool and sauna. Perfect for families.
The holiday home is relatively secluded. You have peace and can fully enjoy the facility. If you want to experience something, eat or go shopping, you need a car. But that's not a problem. It can be rented from the landlord for a fair price.
Accommodation is clean, the garden is beautiful, simply fantastic. On two evenings, we had meals cooked for us. And the cook is fantastic. The landlord and his wife are super nice. We were warmly welcomed and shown around the area and given many good tips.
In the evenings, you can meet on the "gamer's island" (in the garden with billiards and darts) and end the day nicely together. All rooms are air-conditioned. The sea is a 5-minute drive away. There you can walk on beautiful sandy beaches and eat.
For shopping, you also need about 5 minutes. Then you have 3 shops and 4 Thai markets. My recommendation, definitely visit. Fruits, vegetables, meat, and street food are available there for very little money. There are also nature parks in the area. Also very worth seeing. We will definitely go there again. The 1 star deduction is only because you can't walk away on foot. But that was not a problem for us. The pictures in this offer are not airbrushed. It looks exactly like the photos.

Super beautiful villa with pool
Sam Roi Yot is 20 minutes to Hua Hin by car,
super nice location, not far from a very beautiful beach, especially quiet,
lots of nature, the facilities are very well maintained, the private pool is really awesome, drinks on the small game island are always provided, so I can only recommend it.
Yes Klaus, we only talked on the phone, but you really did not promise too much, we will see each other sometime.
The manager "Walter" really takes care of everything very well, very nice, gladly and always again.

Our 3rd stay at this hotel was again very enjoyable and we were very satisfied with the service.
For the third time, we were able to spend our vacation with Klaus and Marlies at Villa Malee Garden. The two are wonderful hosts, open to every wish and surprised us with great excursion ideas. The house itself and the grounds are beautiful and planned and equipped with so much attention to detail that you really lack nothing. A housekeeper and a gardener took care of us lovingly, so our laundry was regularly washed and ironed or we had fresh coconuts or other fruits from the garden on the breakfast table whenever we wanted. There is also a caretaker with his Thai wife on-site constantly, so the new bar is well stocked and we even had the luxury of being cooked for on-site, even with freshly grilled fish from their own pond! Entertainment is also well taken care of: pool, music system by the pool, chess, boules, table tennis, billiards, darts, a piano... there were no wishes left unanswered, and there was no boredom, not even for our 5 teenagers aged between 17 and 23 years. The beach is within walking distance (approx. 2-3 km), although a car is recommended, e.g. for day trips, but also in the evening to eat at one of the larger beaches (Dolphinbay, Khao Kalok Beach, Pak Nam Pran) by the sea. The facility is located adjacent to the Sam Roi Yot National Park, which impresses with beautiful destinations (e.g., Phraya Nakhon Cave), but is not touristy crowded. For example, you can still experience elephants in the wild here or even feed wild monkeys. Klaus always has a great idea ready. If you want something a bit more lively, Hua Hin can be easily reached in 40 minutes by car with its attractions such as the night market, water park, shopping malls, etc. What we all like about this facility is the peace and relaxation of a private house combined with the 5-star comfort of a luxury hotel. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.@endforeach

Hello everyone!
Sorry for the late response, but now it's working!
We really enjoyed our time with you! A corner where you can relax wonderfully! Activities are not really the thing at 30-35 degrees, but that wasn't planned for us from the beginning.
Walter was a great help to us, and the gardener was great too!

Sam Roi Yot sind 20 Minuten bis Hua Hin mit dem Auto,
super schöne Lage, nicht weit von einem super schönen Strand, vor allem ruhig,
viel Natur, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der eigene Pool ist echt der Hammer, für Getränke auf der kleinen Spielinsel ist immer gesorgt, also ich kann das nur weiter empfehlen.
Ja Klaus wir haben nur telefoniert, aber du hast wirklich nicht zuviel versprochen, wir werden uns irgendwann sehen.
Der Verwalter "Walter" kümmert sich wirklich sehr gut um alles , sehr nett, gerne und immer wieder.

Das Ferienhaus liegt relativ einsam. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann die Anlage vollkommen geniessen. Möchte man was erleben, Essen oder Einkaufen gehen. Für all das benötigt man ein Fahrzeug. Ist aber kein Problem. Kann beim Vermieter für ein fairen Preis gemietet werden.
Unterkunft ist sauber, der Garten wunderschön, einfach traumhaft. An 2 Abenden haben wir uns bekochen lassen.
Und die Köchin ist fantastisch. Der Vermieter und seine Frau sind super nett. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wurde auch die Umgebung gezeigt und viele gute Tips gegeben.
Abends kann man sich gemeinsam auf der Zockerinsel treffen (ist im Garten mit Billiard und Dart) und schön den Tag ausklingen lassen.
Die Zimmer sind alle mit Klima ausgestattet.
Das Meer ist 5 Minuten mit Auto entfernt.
Dort kann man auch an schönen Sandstränden spazieren und essen gehen.
Zum Einkaufen braucht man auch ca. 5 Minuten. Dann hat man 3 Läden und 4 Thaimärkte. Meine Empfehlung, unbedingt besuchen. Obst Gemüse, Fleisch und Streetfood sind da zu haben für ganz kleines Geld. In der Umgebung befinden sich noch Naturparks. Auch sehr sehenswert.
Wir werden bestimmt nochmal dort hinfahren.
Der 1 Stern Abzug ist nur dafür das man nicht zu Fuß dort wegkommt. Für uns aber kein Problem gewesen.

Zum dritten Mal durften wir nun unseren Urlaub bei Klaus und Marlies in der Villa Malee Garden verbringen. Die beiden sind wundervolle Gastgeber, die für jeden Wunsch offen sind und uns mit tollen Ausflugsideen überrascht haben.
Das Haus selbst und die Anlage ist wunderschön und mit so viel Liebe fürs Detail geplant und ausgestattet, so dass es einem wirklich an nichts fehlt. Eine Haushälterin und ein Gärtner kümmerten sich liebevoll um uns, so dass z.B. auch unsere Wäsche regelmäßig gewaschen und gebügelt wurde oder wir, wann immer wir es wollten, frische Kokosnuss oder andere Früchte aus dem Garten auf dem Frühstückstisch hatten. Ebenfalls ist ständig ein Hausverwalter mit seiner thailändischen Frau vor Ort, so dass die neue Bar super bestückt ist und wir sogar den Luxus hatten, uns vor Ort und Stelle bekochen zu lassen, sogar mit frisch gegrilltem Fisch aus dem eigenen Teich!
Auch für die Unterhaltung ist bestens gesorgt: Pool, Muskanlage am Pool, Schach, Boccia, Tischtennis, Billiard, Dart, ein Flügel.... da blieben keine Wünsche offen und es gab auch keine Langeweile, auch nicht für unsere 5 Jugendlichen im Alter zwischen 17 und 23 Jahren.
Der Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen (ca. 2-3 km), wobei sich ein Auto empfiehlt, z.B. um Tagesausflüge zu machen, aber auch abends an einen der größeren Strände (Dophinbay, Khao Kalok Beach, Pak Nam Pran) am Strand abend zu essen.
Die Anlage liegt angrenzend an den Nationalpark Sam Roi Yot, der durch wunderschöne Ausflugsziele (z.B. Phraya Nakhon Cave) besticht, aber dennoch touristisch nicht überlaufen ist. So kann man z.B. hier noch Elefanten in der Wildnis erleben oder aber auch wilde Affen füttern. Klaus hat immer eine tolle Idee parat. Möchte man es einmal etwas turbulenter haben, so ist Hua Hin mit seinen Attraktionen wie z.B. Nachtmarkt, Wasserpark, Shopping Malls etc. in 40 min mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen.

Lieber Walter und liebe Alisha,
wir wissen gar nicht wie wir uns für den wunderschönen Urlaub bei euch bedanken können.
Wir waren und sind von dem Traumhaften Haus , der Pool und Gartenanlage mehr als begeistert.
Egal ob es eure Hilfe bei der 1. Autofahrt war oder eure genialen Tipps für traumhafte Strände, spitzen Restaurants und tollen Märkten, natürlich nicht zu vergessen die leckeren frischen Kokosnüsse aus eurem Garten, die wir täglich an den Pool bekamen.
Walter deine spitzen Art, wie du uns alles erklärt und gezeigt hast ist einmalig.
Wir wünschen uns einfach noch einmal kommen zu können.
Wir sind der Meinung, dass es die schönsten Wochen im Jahr waren.

Hallo zusammen!
Sorry für die späte Antwort, aber jetzt klappt’s!
Es hat uns prima bei Euch gefallen! Eine Ecke wo man super relaxen kann! Unternehmungen sind bei 30 ~ 35 Grad weniger angesagt, aber das war bei uns ja auch von vornherein nicht geplant.
Walter war uns eine sehr große Hilfe, auch der Gärtner war top!
Zwischenzeitlich haben wir wieder richtiges Aprilwetter (~10 Grad), und heute regnet es endlich mal wieder.

Wir fangen mal am Ende an - natürlich waren unsere knapp 2 Wochen zu kurz!
Schon etwas traurig verließen wir das kleine Paradies um noch ein paar Tage in Bangkok zu verbringen, Transfer war natürlich arrangiert. Überhaupt wurde sich während des ganzen Urlaubes unwahrscheinlich herzlich um uns gekümmert.
Das schöne und voll ausgestattete Haus liegt in einem traumhaft angelegtem Garten, der Pool gehört einem ganz allein und unsere Tochter hatte sogar ihr eigenes kleines Gästehäuschen, ebenfalls direkt an unserem Pool.
Wir haben wild lebende Elephanten gesehen, tolle Höhlen entdeckt, sind an schönen Stränden spazieren gegangen - alles gut erreichbar mit dem Auto, welches wir von Klaus gemietet hatten.
Walter der Verwalter hat alles möglich gemacht und hatte, genau wie Klaus, immer einen Guten Tip parat.
Essen in Thailand ist sowieso immer einen Gedicht, es gibt viele kleine und günstige Restaurants in der Nähe, aber hier konnten wir uns von Walters Frau sogar im eigenen Haus bekochen lassen.
Abends noch ein Bierchen auf der Billardinsel oder ein Uno Tunier - hier gab es alles.

Wir waren das erste Mal in Thailand und wurden nicht enttäuscht.
Klasse Kommunikation im Voraus, Abholung am Flughafen perfekt organisiert und dann erstmal zum "Ankommen" in Ruhe gelassen. Mietwagen wurde durch den Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt - das hat man auch nicht überall!
An den im Vorfeld übermittelten Ausflugszielen konnte man sich als Fremder gut orientieren. Kein Zwang irgendeine geführte Tour zu nehmen.
Zum Haus: Sehr gut ausgestattet, leider war die Spülmaschine defekt. Machte aber nix, da Fon, die Haushälterin gespült hätte. Aufgrund der Lage des Hauses in einer sub-tropischen Region haben wir das aber selbst übernommen; ansonsten kann es dann schon mal vorkommen, dass der ein oder andere ungebetene Gast im Haus auftaucht. Wer sich also von ein paar Ameisen oder Gecko's ekelt, der sollte sich evtl. ein anderes Domizil aussuchen.
Noch ein Wort zum Personal: Der Gärtner hat uns alle zwei Tage mit frischen Kokosnüssen eingedeckt - ein Traum!! Fon, die Haushälterin, kam dreimal die Woche und hat sich um den Haushalt gekümmert - vom Reinigen der Außenanlagen bis zum Waschen von Wäsche hat sie alles erledigt. Falls man die Anwesenheit einer eher fremden Person nicht gewohnt ist, die putzt und wäscht, während man selbst am Pool liegt, kann das schon ein etwas komisches Gefühl sein; so ging es uns jedenfalls. Wir haben dann halt unsere Ausflüge auf diese Tage gelegt - Problem erledigt! Last, but not least, Oliver: Ein sehr angenehmer Verwalter, der sich um jedes noch so kleine Anliegen sofort kümmert. Er hat uns selbst am Flughafen in Bangkok abgeholt und den Transport nach Bangkok perfekt organisiert. Im gebührt besonderer dank für diesen wundervollen Urlaub.
Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war der ca. 1000m entfernte Strandabschnitt in Sam Roy Yot: Der war fast durchgehend mit Müll übersät und daher nur bedingt zum Baden geeignet. Wir sind dann nach Kao Kalok ausgewichen, der Strand dort war ok!

Le petit paradis de Marlies et Klaus !
Quelle chance d’avoir pu pleinement profiter de petit paradis !
J’ai grandement apprécié la verdure chatoyante et colorée entourant la piscine et s’étendant dans le très grand jardin entre le terrain de pétanque jusqu’à la mare peuplée de poissons colorés dont un très glouton poisson chat !
Le calme et le grand confort de la maison, de ma chambre et sa climatisation et la présence chaleureuse de Klaus et Marlies, souvent accompagnée de Bobby et Cindy leurs adorables chiens !
Un petit paradis proche de plages encore préservées des grandes vagues touristiques, avec ses restaurants aux mets délicieux, ses bars ou l’on peut causer français, anglais, allemand… avec des expatriés installés avec bonheur dans ce coin préservé de la Thaïlande.
Un petit paradis proche de grands magasins, de marchés et de la vie trépidante de Pranburi, du salon de massages thaï grandement salutaires, pas loin non plus de Hua-Hin, ville impériale mais aussi tout proche d’une réserve naturelle, proche d’excursions et de découvertes nombreuses, entre autres un safari pour approcher les éléphants sauvages et une ballade reposante au fil de l’eau le long des villages de pêcheurs…
Un petit paradis coloré et magnifique que j’aurai infiniment de plaisir à retrouver !

wir sind alle wohlbehalten im kalten Europa angekommen und kämpfen noch ein bisschen mit dem Jetlag und den im Vergleich zu Thailand niedrigen Temperaturen.
Wir möchten uns noch einmal ganz herzlich bei Dir bedanken für Deine Unterstützung und Hilfe sowohl in der Anbahnung und Vorbereitung als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es hat uns im Malee Garden sehr gut gefallen, Haus und Garten sind hervorragend ausgestattet und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Region Sam Roi Yot ist sehr interessant; es gibt viel zu sehen und wir konnten - dank des von Dir organisierten Autos - schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir haben vor, im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wiederzukommen und werden uns rechtzeitig mit Dir in Verbindung setzen.
Wir bitten Dich, unseren Dank auch an Familie Reusch weiterzugeben - insbesondere auch für das Vertrauen, dass sie uns ihre wunderschöne Anlage für unseren Aufenthalt anvertraut und überlassen haben.

Wunderschöne Villa mit großem Garten und Pool, Gäste Haus, Gärtner, Hausmaid, Fahrer.....einfach ein Traum. Super schönes Wetter, super liebe Vermieter die wir ins ❤ geschlossen haben ebenso Olli der Manager. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben....
Villa Malee ist ein tropischer Traum !

Wir waren im März zu fünft für sage und schreibe 4 Wochen in der Villa Malee und es ist tatsächlich alles so schön wie auf den Fotos. Eine Maid hat alle zwei Tage das Haus piekobello sauber gehalten und sogar unsere Wäsche gewaschen und absolut perfekt gebügelt. Ein Gärtner hielt jeden Tag den riesigen tropischen Garten in Schuß. Obwohl wir von zu Hause kein Personal gewöhnt waren, haben diese beiden überhaupt nicht gestört, wir haben sie meistens noch nicht einmal bemerkt, weil sie sich immer sehr diskret im Hintergrund gehalten haben.
Vor allem den Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Aufgrund des riesigen Gartens und der vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, um im Schatten sitzen zu können, hat jeder sein eigenes Lieblingsplätzchen gefunden.
Toll fanden wir auch, daß alle drei Schlafzimmer ihr eigenes Bad mit Toilette und Dusche haben. Es gibt sogar eine Badewanne, aber wer legt sich schon bei solchen Temperaturen dort hinein, wenn draußen ein Pool ist.
Wir wurden unheimlich freundlich und herzlich von dem Manager Oliver empfangen und fühlten uns schnell wiezu Hause. Sobald wir ein Anliegen hatten, z.B. Massage- oder Schneidertermine zu vereinbaren, Tipps für Ausflüge, kleine Reparaturen usw., kümmerte er sich sofort darum und fragten auch immer wieder nach, ob er noch etwas für unser Wohlbefinden tun könnte. Schon im Vorwege hat er sich perfekt um den Transfer vom Flughafen und den Mietwagen gekümmert.
Man sollte sich auf jeden Fall von Anfang an ein Auto für Einkäufe und Ausflüge mieten, denn mit dem Fahrrad zu fahren ist viel zu heiß und die Entfernung zum nächsten großen Supermarkt beträgt 16 km. Auch der
- nicht überlaufene - Strand ist fußläufig zu weit entfernt, mit dem Auto aber nur 6-7 min. Keine Angst vor dem Linksverkehr! Am Strand gibt es viele kleine Strandrestaurants, wo man überall gut und preiswert essen kann.
Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr, wenn wir wiederkommen. Villa Malee ist ein tropischer Traum!

Wir, Familie mit 3 Teenagern, durften dieses Jahr Weihnachten in diesem Haus verbringen. Obwohl wir schon sehr viel in Thailand gesehen haben – wir sind schon über 25 mal in Thailand an den unterschiedlichsten Stellen gewesen- haben wir uns alle auf Anhieb in das Haus verliebt. Die Liebe zum Detail, die Kombination aus klassisch thailändisch traditionellem Stil und westlichem Luxus, ließ bei uns keinerlei Wünsche offen. Das Anwesen entspricht den im Internet dargestellten Bildern zu 100%, wenn nicht sogar noch mehr. Trotz Privatanwesen sind der Vielfalt keine Grenzen gesetzt, egal ob mehrere Sitzgruppen z.T. in Salas mit Ventilator, Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, wie Tischtennis, Schach, Boule, Spielesammlung, DVD und CD Auswahl, Fahrräder, Golfequipment.... wir können gar nicht alles aufzählen. Trotz unseren 10 Tagen hatten wir das Gefühl gar nicht alles ausreichend nutzen zu können, selbst unseren Teenagern war es keine Minute langweilig. Eine Hausmaid und ein Gärtner sorgen liebevoll dafür, dass dieses Anwesen paradiesisch bleibt. Einen besonders lieben Dank gebührt Oliver, Manager der gesamten Anlage Malee-garden, der sich rührend um all unsere Belange gekümmert hat, wie, Vorbereitung des Hauses, selbst das Wasser in der Kaffeemaschine war schon eingefüllt. Man merkt, dass er die gute Seele nicht nur der Villa sondern der ganzen Anlage ist. Außerdem möchten wir uns bei Ueli über den liebevollen Erstkontakt und den unkomplizierten Buchungsvorgang, bis hin zur Eskorte vom Tesco bedanken. Nicht nur, dass er uns die Wartezeit auf den Urlaub mit diversen Erinnerungen versüßt/verkürzt hat, auch er war vor Ort als Ansprechpartner verfügbar und wäre jederzeit als Guide bereitgestanden.
Als leidenschaftlicher Klavierspieler war natürlich der Flügel die Kirsche auf dem Sahnehäubchen auf dem Eibecher!

Klaus and Marlies , Again we can not say enough about our stay in Thailand thank you. Communication with Klaus and Marlies throughout the process was wonderful. Lovely home with beautiful garden everything anyone could ever want. . On-site gardener, house cleaner, and property manager. Masseuse and tour guide offered as needed. Arranged transportation to and from Airport also made recommendations on what to see and do. We love this property and Thailand Thank you, Bill and Laura Honeycutt
