Description
The accommodation is located on the first floor of the house and opens up onto the roof terrace. To the right and left side of the hallway are two bedrooms, followed by the kitchen and the bathrooms.
All bedrooms have floor fans. On each corridor side has a bedroom TV with satellite program. Sheets and towels (except beach towels) are available.
In the kitchen there are fridges with freezer and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.
studios also have a private car rental for two cars, additional space for trailers is available.

Location and surroundings of object
The accommodation is located in the district Mulo, about 300 meters from the nearest beach. The nearest convenience store is within walking distance (about 150m). In addition, there are souvenir shops, market stalls and a restaurant in the immediate vicinity (about 200m). The quiet fishing village in northern Dalmatia Vrsi look back on the past six hundred years. For tourists, the place only opened in the 1970s and has since grown steadily into one of the most popular recreation areas in the Zadar region.
Vrsi is a peninsula and is characterized by its 33km long coastline which offers a variety of beaches. To find particularly suitable for families with young children sandy and pebble beaches, rocky coves for diving and for pensioners shaded beaches with pine forests.
The place is located about 5km from the oldest town in Croatia, Nin, away. The closest major city Zadar is around 20km away and easily reached by car. From Zadar from numerous day trips and attractions in Croatia can be reached. In Vrsi itself there are several shopping opportunities, a dentist, a general practitioner, a pharmacy and a post office.

Unforgettable vacation
We have been going to Croatia for many years and are happy when we find nice and affordable accommodations. Here, both have come together. The furnishings and description matched what we found upon arrival. We were also warmly welcomed and received immediate assistance with any questions. We were spoiled several times with fresh vegetables from the hostess's garden.

An unforgettable vacation.
I do not often write reviews, but I was very positively surprised. Beautiful house with a garden, completely equipped. In addition, a good location. Beautiful views, on one side you can see the sea on the other side of the mountains. Family and friends satisfied with their vacation.

Super dear hostess,
We felt very comfortable at Ivanka's. We were spoiled with vegetables from her garden and the children with sweets.
The accommodation was clean and beautiful,lovingly furnished.nothing was missing.The mosquito nets on all windows and doors,protected us from uninvited insects.The garden around the house is wonderfully maintained. We had all our meals on the huge terrace. Ivanka also showed us beautiful beaches, but you should have a car to get there. We could enjoy the sunset from the terrace, and we could also see the sea from the terrace. All in all, it was great at Ivanka's house

Holiday in Vrsi
A lovingly maintained large air-conditioned flat with a large balcony and a beautiful view of the Croatian Adriatic.
