Living room/dinning room and open kitchen with sofas, chairs, small table, library, colour-TV and analogue -satellite receiver, stereo set, exterior double doors to the terras, large dinner table with chairs. In the kitchen: 4-pits cooker, oven, dish washer, refrigerator, microwave-oven, coffeemaker and all necessary eating gear and tools for 6 persons.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, bath and washing table.
The master bedroom with double bed, night tables, closet and double exterior doors to the terras. One bedroom with double bed and night tables and another bedroom with two single beds and night tables and a closet.
The beds are made at your arrival. The costs for the sheets are deducted from the cause
One pet is allowed.

VILIA LA GUIGNE
Situated against the ‘Montagne Noir’, a marvelous nature reserve with beautiful rivers between steep rocks, lies La Livinière. The direct surroundings are very suitable for walks and bike rides. In the villa there is place for max. 6 persons.
It has it’s own garage and private garden and swimming pool (8 by 4 m. with roman stairs and underwater-lights) and a stone barbeque. In the garden you will find enough garden furniture, sun beds and a parasol.
La Livinière is a quiet old village, well known for its very good quality wines. In the surrounding area you can make wonderful walks or tours by bike. The owner of the villas offers the possibility to make adventurous guided walks.

The cancellation fees are staggered as follows: · up to 90 days before the rental period starts - 65 Euros · from 90 to 56 days before the rental period starts - 30% of the rental price · from 55 to 30 days before the rental period starts - 70% of the rental price · from the 29th day before the rental period starts - 100% of the rental price

Below mentioned prices do not include:
- € administration fee
- € for cleaning the villa + € if you brought your pet.
- € cause, the beds will already be made for you at arrival. The costs for the bed sheets ( pp), the electricity,the tourist tax, the cleaning fee and any damage caused will be deducted from this cause.
After your stay the remaining amount will be restituted to you within two weeks.
