Casa Dulce is located 2 km outside the town of Orgiva and about 40 minutes from the Costa Tropical in very quiet location on a south-facing facing slope. It offers a wide and unobstructed views of the surrounding Sierras and the valley of Orgiva.
You can reach the villa via a 400 meter long, well-maintained dirt road. The villa has a splendid swimming pool, different location on the "terrain" terraces, barbecue and outdoor shower. The entire property is fenced and the gardens are very well maintained and accurately. The living in the village Andalusian owners of the house have here, creating gradually a little paradise after a few busy years in Germany and received their holiday guests with attentive kindness.
Central Square of the outer region is the 8 x 5 meter pool, where you can be completely free to move and hidden from view. Near the pool there are 2 grapevine shaded terraces, both with garden furniture and deck chairs. For Tal himself another large sun terrace with panoramic views opened. The rooms are all at ground level. There are 3 bedrooms, living room with open kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Location and surroundings of object
A few kilometers outside the town in a rural location. Very nice view of the entire valley.
This small town is the center of Granada part of [Alpujarras]. Orgiva (pronounced OR-CHI-WA) is located only 450 meters high and is the cultural and architectural interface between the Granada and the typical for the Alpujarras Moorish influences. The city does not live only on tourism but also on fertility and abundance of water wide valley in which it lies. The mild, almost subtropical climate allows the cultivation of oranges, lemons and mandarins
(Harvest time: from January to May!) Orgiva lies between two mighty mountain ranges; the uprising in the north almost eternally snow-capped Sierra Nevada (3480 meters) and the southern well over 2000 meters high Sierra Lujar.
Below the village gushing of water all year leading Rio Guadalfeo to the sea. Every Thursday is market day and a hustle and bustle fills the place. Farmers, Flea markets, artists and life artists offer their wares. Orgiva is a welcoming place to stay because it offers an even absolutely orginales Andalusia. This at reasonable prices and with a grandiose setting and a very pleasant climate.
By car it is 35 minutes to the sea, in also 35 minutes to the white "Alpujarra -Alta" villages. After Granada is just under 1 hour.

The building is entered from the north (parking) and only comes to the salon, from which it proceeds to the rooms and bathrooms down the hall. The back door leads out onto the south-facing terraces and the pool.
Parking is available directly on the premises.
The living room has an open log fire, TV with German and English programs and a system (CD, radio and cassette). A very well-equipped house!
Pets are permitted with prior approval. An extra of EUR 30 per booking will be charged.

Great holiday home, beautiful surroundings with mountain view
At Casa Dulce, the reception was so nice that our vacation had a good start. It continued like that: beautiful weather, quiet surroundings, cozy rooms, and of course the crystal clear, refreshing pool. And the large terrace: when you sit outside, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. We would love to come back and will also recommend Casa Dulce. Thank you!!!
