In the center of Dalmatia, above the pearl of the Adriatic, the town of Makarska is the Villa the slopes of the Biokovo mountain slope has beautiful views of the sea and the islands. In quiet nature you can enjoy the sun all and cozy courtyard Is ideal for families with children and in the villa again the heat of the summer and the nights are pleasant to sleep because of the close to villa has a large pool and garden with the open fireplace ideal for spending nights with friends .The interior of the house radiates the combination of traditional and modern the first floor are two double bedrooms with private living room with the kitchen and dining room are on second floor where also a WC toalete gives. The living room offers extra bed for fifth person .All rooms have balconies overlooking the air conditioning is provided in all rooms, satellite tv and wi-fi internet kitchen is equipped with 4 k Ochplatte, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and electric coffee owners are available for all propose for selection of restourans, excursions etc.

Villa is located in the old village, called Veliko brdo, just 2 km from the town of Makarska.
Part of the village Matići are very quiet and quite suitable for aureuhe and enjoy the nature. Velikobrdo is just 3 kilos of the city center. Almost enough to enjoy the fresh air with a view of the sea and the islands.

Super beautiful house with mega view
We stayed in this beautiful property for 1 week. It was simply wonderful. The landlords are very, very nice and the house meets all expectations. The pool was not usable for this time of year, but the hot tub was even more enjoyable. The view from the hot tub was fantastic. The existing kitchen is very well equipped and there is nothing missing. Thank you very much to Berina and Zeljko, we will come back!!!

Luxury oasis with fantastic views
The amazing house is located at the end of a small street in the mountains above Makarska. The property is quiet, not overlooked, and there is no through traffic (dead end). The view of the sea and the opposite islands is fantastic and delighted us every day. Behind the house, the mountains rise steeply, which is also a great natural backdrop.
The house is stylishly furnished to German standards and we didn't miss anything. The rooms are large, bright, and the furnishings are absolutely high quality. The beds were very comfortable, and we felt very comfortable in the house.
The outdoor area is a dream. There is a terrace off the living room, which we used for breakfast, a terrace off the bedroom, and of course the large covered terrace above the pool. The pool is large, so you can swim in it, and as an adult, you can stand in it (up to the shoulders). Since we were here at the end of September, the pool heating was very pleasant. We could enjoy the pool at night as well. The highlight was the heated hot tub, where we ended the day every evening with a glass of wine.
The covered outdoor terrace is perfectly equipped for outdoor stays with a refrigerator, barbecue, and outdoor kitchen.
We have been going to Dalmatia for over 10 years and always stay in holiday homes with a pool. But we have never been able to inhabit such a great house before.
Our hosts were very nice, accommodating, and always available to us. Berina speaks perfect German and Željko speaks perfect English, so there are no communication problems at all.
Thank you very much dear Berina and dear Željko, that you have invested so much love, energy, and passion in your great holiday home and still have new plans for improvement. We are excited about your new project, and we will come back.

Dreamy villa in a quiet location
When we arrived in Veliko Brdo (location of the villa), we immediately switched to vacation mode. The view from the villa towards the sea was breathtaking. Behind the house, you have a direct view of the beautiful mountains of Makarska. The villa is very well equipped for the price. The heated pool is perfect for relaxation with a view towards the sea. The landlords, the Premeru family, are very helpful, and the nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away. The beach is at most 6 minutes away. We can only recommend this villa to anyone who wants to vacation in Croatia!
We will come back as agreed in the summer.
Clearly a hidden gem!

Traumurlaub in wunderschönem Haus
My family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had the pleasure of enjoying this great house for 14 days. The house is located about 2 km above the beautiful town of Makarska and offers a wonderful view of the sea. The furnishings are modern and very well-maintained. It lacks nothing, a safe, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and towels are provided. Having a coffee on the balcony in the morning and enjoying the view. What more could you want? Our favorite place was the pool and the covered outdoor area. There you can enjoy beautiful evenings by the open fire or barbecue. We especially liked the fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The WiFi and air conditioning worked perfectly. Our landlords were always reachable via WhatsApp or in person, as they live next door. Dear Berina and dear Željko, thank you for this unforgettable vacation.
