In the center of Dalmatia, above the pearl of the Adriatic, the town of Makarska is the Villa the slopes of the Biokovo mountain slope has beautiful views of the sea and the islands. In quiet nature you can enjoy the sun all and cozy courtyard Is ideal for families with children and in the villa again the heat of the summer and the nights are pleasant to sleep because of the close to villa has a large pool and garden with the open fireplace ideal for spending nights with friends .The interior of the house radiates the combination of traditional and modern the first floor are two double bedrooms with private living room with the kitchen and dining room are on second floor where also a WC toalete gives. The living room offers extra bed for fifth person .All rooms have balconies overlooking the air conditioning is provided in all rooms, satellite tv and wi-fi internet kitchen is equipped with 4 k Ochplatte, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and electric coffee owners are available for all propose for selection of restourans, excursions etc.

Villa is located in the old village, called Veliko brdo, just 2 km from the town of Makarska.
Part of the village Matići are very quiet and quite suitable for aureuhe and enjoy the nature. Velikobrdo is just 3 kilos of the city center. Almost enough to enjoy the fresh air with a view of the sea and the islands.

Super beautiful house with mega view
We stayed in this beautiful property for 1 week. It was simply wonderful. The landlords are very, very nice and the house meets all expectations. The pool was not usable for this time of year, but the hot tub was even more enjoyable. The view from the hot tub was fantastic. The existing kitchen is very well equipped and there is nothing missing. Thank you very much to Berina and Zeljko, we will come back!!!

Luxusoase mit fantastischem Ausblick
Das tolle Haus liegt am Ende einer kleinen Straße in den Bergen oberhalb Makarska. Das Grundstück ist dadurch ruhig, nicht einsehbar und es gibt keinerlei Durchgangsverkehr (Sackgasse). Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die gegenüberliegenden Inseln ist fantastisch und begeisterte uns jeden Tag. Hinter dem Haus erheben sich steil die Berge, was ebenfalls eine super Naturkulisse ist.
Das Haus ist stilvoll und nach deutschem Standard eingerichtet und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer sind groß, hell und die Ausstattung ist absolut hochwertig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt.
Der Ausbereich ist ein Traum. Es gibt eine Terrasse zum Wohnzimmer raus, die wir zum Frühstück genutzt haben, eine Terrasse zum Schlafzimmer raus und natürlich die große überdachte Terrasse oberhalb des Pools. Der Pool ist groß, so dass man auch schwimmen kann und als Erwachsener kann man drin stehen (geht bis zu den Schultern). Da wir Ende September hier waren, war die Poolheizung sehr angenehm. Somit konnten wir auch noch nachts den Pool genießen. Das Highlight war der beheizbare Whirlpool, in dem wir jeden Abend mit einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen ließen.
Die überdachte Außenterrasse ist mit einem Kühlschrank, Grill und Außenküche perfekt den Aufenthalt im Freien ausgerüstet.
Wir fahren seit über 10 Jahren nach Dalmatien und wohnen immer in Ferienhäuser mit Pool. Aber ein so tolles Haus, wie dieses, haben wir noch nicht bewohnen dürfen.
Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr nett, zuvorkommend und auch jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Berina spricht perfekt Deutsch und Željko perfekt Englisch somit gibt es keinerlei Verständigungsprobleme.
Vielen Dank liebe Berina und lieber Željko, da? Ihr so viel Liebe, Energie und Herzblut in eurer tolles Ferienhaus investiert und auch immer noch neue Pläne zur Verbesserung habt. Wir sind gespannt auf euer neues Projekt und wir werden wiederkommen.

Traumhafte Villa in ruhiger Lage
Als wir in Veliko Brdo (Standort der Villa) ankamen, waren wir sofort in einem Urlaubsmodus. Der Blick von der Villa richtung Meer war atemberaubend. Hinter dem Haus hat man einen direkten Blick auf die wunderschönen Berge von Makarska. Die Villa ist für den Preis sehr gut ausgestattet. Der beheizbare Pool eignet sich perfekt um zu entspannen, mit Blick richtung Meer. Die Vermieter Fam. Premeru sind sehr hilfsbereit, der nächste Supermarkt ist 5min entfernt. Zum Strand sind es höchstens 6min. Wir können diese Villa jedem nur empfehlen, der gerne mal in Kroatien Urlaub machen will!
Wir werden wie schon abgesprochen im Sommer nochmal kommen.

Traumurlaub in wunderschönem Haus
Meine Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche) haben 14 Tage dieses tolle Haus genießen dürfen. Das Haus liegt ca. 2 km über dem schönen Städtchen Makarska und bietet einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr gepflegt. Es fehlt an Nichts, Safe, Waschmaschine, komplett eingerichtet Küche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Morgens einen Kaffee auf dem Balkon und die Aussicht genießen. Was will man mehr? Unser Lieblingsort war der Pool und der überdachte Außenbereich. Dort kann man schöne Abende am offenen Feuer genießen oder Grillen. Besonders toll fanden wir die komplett eingerichtete Outdoor Küche. WLAN und Klimaanlage funktionierten einwandfrei.
Unsere Vermieter waren jederzeit über WhatsApp oder persönlich erreichbar, da sie nebenan wohnen.
