Welcome to our holiday home "Ankerplatz".
The house is comfortably furnished and offers enough space for max. 4 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 living/dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a guest toilet.
The open kitchen offers enough storage space and pleasant cooking conditions. The bright dining area with adjoining living area invites you to spend sociable hours. Internet is available free of charge. The terrace with modern garden furniture invites you to relax.
There is a family-friendly atmosphere
A bakery, kiosk, restaurant, bicycle rental, indoor seawater wave pool with sauna are in the immediate vicinity.

The attractive, mainly fine sandy and gently sloping beach section in a gentle dune and grass landscape can be reached on foot (30 min. by car).walking and cycling path along the coast. Outer harbour with daily boat trips from the quay, 'Erlebnisräucherei', children's play barn 'Bullermeck'. The 'Hooksmeer', a 60 ha inland lake, offers water sports of all kinds (water ski lift). Seawater indoor wave pool (a few metres from the house) with children's pool, sauna, steam bath. Hooksiel has a pleasant, well-kept small-town atmosphere with a pedestrian zone, old fishermen's houses, cafés and restaurants, an artists' house and the old historic town centre where many events take place.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant terminates the contract prematurely without naming a subtenant who meets the same conditions, the following costs are to be paid as compensation: - Up to 49 days before the start of the lease: 30% of the total rental price, - Up to 35 days before the start of the lease: 50% of the total rental price, - Up to 21 days before the start of the lease: 60% of the total rental price, - Up to 14 days before the start of the lease: 90% of the total rental price. A cancellation fee of at least 50.00 EUR will be charged. We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.

New Year's Eve in Hooksiel
Great location, equipment super. We felt very comfortable in the cozy little house.
There is nothing to complain about, and we can recommend it unreservedly.

Any time gladly again!
We (both 56 and 55) felt very comfortable for two weeks and recovered wonderfully in great weather. The house is lovingly and comfortably furnished, with everything you need. It is within walking distance to the town center, with many good restaurants catering to every taste. The house is pleasantly quiet, allowing for great excursions in the surrounding area. You can enjoy beautiful bike rides or long walks while taking in the beautiful landscape. However, those who want to go to the beach every day should be fit for walking or prefer to cycle. We will definitely come back with pleasure!

Recreational vacation
Very nice, cozy holiday home. Everything worked great. We felt very comfortable. We were 4 adults and had plenty of space. The terrace is also very nice, perfect for a nice breakfast. The house is also recommended for a family with up to 2 children.

Wonderful holiday in the holiday home Ankerplatz
We spent two wonderful weeks in the Ankerplatz holiday home. The house is very lovingly furnished. Nothing was missing and we felt very comfortable. Even the tableware with Nordic patterns made us want to go on holiday by the sea. We also had very nice and smooth contact with both the landlord and the property manager on site.
