The solid stone house from 1938 was almost completely renovated inside in 2015 and brought up to modern standards. You have a lake view from the living room, even though the house is in the second row of the Krüpelsee. A private lake access leads to the water.
With three bedrooms, you can spend a relaxing time here with up to 8 people. The house is designed for 4 adults and 4 children plus a baby. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two bunk beds (4 beds in total). This room is specially prepared for children. There is a play corner and toys for different age groups.
There are two terraces with garden furniture on the property. There is a barrel sauna on the lower terrace by the lake. Enjoy a sauna bath and then go for a swim in the lake.

The house Strandweg is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Zernsdorf is a district of the town of Königs Wusterhausen, southeast of Berlin. There are many lakes here, the Spreewald and Tropical Islands are not far away and Berlin can be reached quickly by S-Bahn or car.

| Sauna: For the sauna we charge a flat rate extra for electricity, 5 € per hour. Please bear in mind that the sauna needs about an hour to warm up - depending on the outside temperature. The fee for the sauna is then automatically deducted from the deposit. In the season from around May to September, you have your own pedal boat at your disposal (10 € per day or 50 € per week). You pay for the pedal boat conveniently on site. ELECTRICITY, GAS AND WATER: The rent includes the energy costs for electricity, gas and water. However, as the costs for energy have risen drastically at the moment and may rise even further, we reserve the right to pass on the actual additional costs to you. We ask for your understanding. The furnishings of the house may change at the time of travel. |

Simply super!
We couldn't have found a better place. The house is immaculately furnished and we wanted for nothing. We especially loved the pedal boat. The house itself is very well maintained and modern. The outdoor area is also in great shape and such a sauna barrel is unbeatable :)
