Super nice vacation

Super beautiful vacation apartment where nothing is missing. Owners are super friendly and present but by no means intrusive even though they live on the same property. Perfect equipment and cleanliness. Pure relaxation. Shopping a bit further away but doable. We will come back !!

Perfect for a relaxing stay near Berlin!

We regularly come to Berlin to visit relatives and have found the perfect accommodation for a summer stay with this great place. Shopping facilities and the S-Bahn connection are a few kilometers away, but you also have total peace and relaxation when you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The trampoline and the bathing dock were the highlights for the children! Super nice hosts! We didn't miss anything! We will come back!

Holiday home for relaxing

In this outstanding accommodation, nothing is missing. Very nice and very clean house with its own garden area and lots of play opportunities for children. Then there's the lake right outside the door, and of course, let's not forget the very friendly landlords. Highly recommended. We will gladly come back.

Great apartment * Great location * Nice landlords * Simply top!

We spent a wonderful short break with our two children in the holiday apartment of the Franke family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Even games and books for the children were available. The property is beautiful and very quiet. You can relax here. We lacked nothing. The children could let off steam in the garden, table tennis/trampoline/nest swing/sandbox/outdoor games, everything was available. Bicycles are available for use.

The absolute highlight was, of course, the short walk to the lake with a private jetty. We liked to sit there, especially in the evening at sunset. A fantastic view.

During the day we were in Berlin by bus/train. We did not need the car. A bus stop is only a few meters from the holiday apartment.

Thank you Franke family for the nice stay with you. We would love to come back!

Very beautiful and quiet.

We are totally thrilled! The equipment is completely sufficient, the area around it is a dream and absolutely quiet. The Franke family is very warm and friendly; we were able to book an additional night at short notice because we liked it so much.

Conclusion: Pure relaxation and we will come back someday and recommend this little idyll to our friends :-)

The best holiday we had

Every mum of small wild children knows this... it is difficult to find accommodation that is suitable. The Franke family has everything a child's heart desires. As parents, you also feel right at home. While the children are free to run around, the adults can have a barbecue and chat in a relaxed atmosphere. It was definitely the best experience. Thank you, dear Franke family. We will be back in eight weeks and will recommend you warmly.

different than expected

Positives: bathing jetty, induction plate, ceramic pan, leisure facilities in the area.

Apart from that, we were disappointed. We did not use the large property with playground and barbecue area, firstly because we always make day trips and secondly because we did not want to expose ourselves to the large mosquito population. So we only rate the living area. In contrast to the property, it is rather small. It is not clear from the description that the toilet and shower are one floor below (accessible via a relatively narrow staircase). The bedroom, living room and kitchen area are practically one room. We knew beforehand that there was no dishwasher, but the rest of the kitchen equipment is very poor. Far too few soda/water glasses, coffee mugs, plates, cutlery etc.. Hardly any sockets in the whole apartment. No toilet paper, no thermos flask, and so on. According to the "Equipment (appliances and accessories)" the apartment has bed linen and towels. However, you learn that bed linen costs extra in the "Information of the landlord"; you don't learn that towels also cost extra (10€ per set). Only cash payment possible. Based on the description of the apartment and the existing reviews, we expected something completely different.

We will definitely be back!

I do not know where to start... The owners/landlords are so warm and nice you can come with any concerns and ask for help, always more than nice and obliging! You are also welcome here with children who do not tick normally (our son is autistic) The flat is furnished with a lot of love, there is really nothing missing! The location is an absolute dream! You can hear the ants coughing here :D . The outdoor area is very very large and so fantastic for every age there is something to start with the trampoline, the swing, the sandpit and so much more for the kiddies. There are two outdoor seating areas, one of which is covered and even has a heat source for the colder days, and the other is outdoors with a barbecue. The whole area is fenced. As we have a family friend nearby who we visit regularly, this is definitely not the last time we will be here. I can more than recommend this lovely holiday home with a clear conscience! Thank you for the wonderful stay and see you SOON! ♡

Pure relaxation! Nature and nature again!

A holiday like in the old days. If you want to let time stand still, you can do it here!
Greenery, the scent of flowers from the gardens, birdsong, extensive forest walks on one side of the holiday flat, romantic sunrises and sunsets on the other side of the holiday flat at Lake Krossin on the private jetty. In the evening, enjoy the starry night on the trampoline, play table tennis or simply have a barbecue. Whatever your heart desires! In the morning, I took the bicycle provided and rode to the village bakery in Niederlehme, just like I did when I was young... Recreation for soul and spirit! I can also highly recommend the bakery. :)
What more could you want and need?
Accommodation is super clean, quiet and in the middle of nature. If you want to enjoy a digital break, you can do it here to the fullest.
I can only recommend it, especially for children! (We were able to observe many animals during our walks in the forest)

Family holiday with grandchild

We spent very nice holidays in very good accommodation with our grandson in the holiday home of the Franke family. We had everything we needed on holiday. Hot summer days, refreshment in the water, relaxation in the holiday home.

The holiday flat is very comfortably furnished and was super clean and well maintained. We didn't lack anything, especially our little one. On the contrary, the trampoline, sandbox, swing, and many more things we were allowed to use were just great. With such equipment, some vacation rental owners can gladly take a page out of the Franke family's book. The possibility to use the rowboat, bicycles, the grill, and much more rounds off the whole thing.

Super schöner Mini-Urlaub

Everything was super beautiful and clean and tidy. The Franke family were so kind and accommodating to us. We felt like we were on a holiday with family. Looking forward to the next time.
The surroundings are nice and quiet and the water is very pleasant.
It is recommended to have your own car there. But we also managed without a car to go shopping. And there are also bicycles!
So absolutely recommendable!

Beautiful and eventful vacation.

A super clean and cozy accommodation. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We especially liked the property itself and the way to the lake. In 2 minutes, you're at the pier and can get into the water. We really liked it and will definitely come back.

Super Unterkunft

You practically have your own little house with its own driveway. We stayed with our two-year-old son and everything we needed was available. There was also plenty of toys for the little one. The landlords are very nice. If you want, you can spend sociable evenings with the landlords. We also used the offered inflatable boat.

Everything was clean and lovingly furnished. We felt completely comfortable.

Family vacation! Explore Berlin during the day and enjoy peace and relaxation in the evening!

We gladly give five stars! We had a great week with the Franke family. It all began with a very nice contact from booking, a warm welcome on the arrival day, and a fond farewell - we felt very comfortable. The small separate holiday home offers enough space for a small family, equipped with everything needed to feel at ease. It is spotlessly clean, which we have not experienced in any other vacation rental. Everything is thought out when it comes to the equipment, the only thing that is missing is an oven. If you want, you can be completely on your own, using a separate driveway, having your own small terrace with a grill, and a private path to a pier on the lake. Nevertheless, the Franke family is always there if you need them, and you can also spend some sociable evenings with them. From the holiday home, you can reach all small towns by car within 10/15 minutes to take the S-Bahn to Berlin, it couldn't be better. There are also shopping options, which are easily and quickly accessible by car. If you feel like strolling around a bit more, you can drive to the A10 Center in Wildau, about a 15-minute drive by car. You can reach the bakery in the village by bike or on foot, the rolls are inexpensive and delicious. So our conclusion is: This will be repeated and very gladly! Can definitely recommend!

Simply great.

We had a great 5 nights at the Franke family's place. The vacation rental is perfect for families with children. Outside, there's a private garden with a seating area, parking space, trampoline, table tennis table, sandbox, and plenty of toys for the kids. The lake with a boat dock and swimming area is quickly accessible on foot. We also used the bikes a few times. Particularly interesting is the direct proximity to Berlin. There is nothing to complain about, the apartment was very clean and we immediately felt comfortable. We would love to come back again.

We were very, very satisfied, everything very clean and highly recommended for children. The location is also great as you can quickly reach everywhere... The Franke family is very nice and in the holiday apartment you really have everything you need... We will definitely come back again, we really liked it.

Feeling 100% comfortable

We felt really comfortable in this vacation rental as a family with a toddler! Everything was available from high chair and baby bed to children's books and dishes! Not to mention the countless toys and swimming items in the garage (there's also a seat for outside and a stroller available!) We as adults also felt very comfortable. We haven't had such a clean and homely furnished vacation rental in a long time. The landlords are super nice but also reserved if you prefer it that way. The private lake access with a private path is great, but the garden with trampoline, table tennis, barbecue area, sandbox, and nest swing tops it all. We rode our bikes to the lake (about 10-15 minutes), which are also in very good condition. You need to drive a bit to go shopping, but it's not a problem by car (10 minutes) or bike. You can park your car on the property. The only small downside is that water from a well is currently being used for cooking and showering in this holiday home. It's just a matter of getting used to, the landlady said it's safe for adults and she provided us with two 5-liter jugs of water for the children. The Franke family mentioned that it will be a "work in progress" in the near future. For those who want to vacation here to relax, swim, and give their child an unforgettable holiday: 100% recommendation!

Very friendly hosts - Equipment of the apartment completely adequate, new and contemporary - Use of bicycles, boat, barbecue area, playground included - child-friendly bathing spot with shade-providing trees and shallow sloping shore nearby - many attractions in the vicinity (Berlin). Many thanks to the Franke family for a very nice and eventful week. Only one flaw: the many "bloodthirsty" mosquitoes. But you can't hold Frankes responsible for it, and it's not so bad if you protect yourself.

cozy holiday apartment in the beautiful surroundings of Berlin

We spent 4 relaxing days in the holiday apartment of the Franke family. The location of the house is wonderful. Right on Lake Crossin. We were allowed to use the family's rowboat for a trip on the lake. Life jackets for children included...ours are 4 and 7. We also used the available bicycles...though they were a bit too big for our kids. The children's farm nearby was great for us and our trip to the all-weather bobsleigh track was superb. We have been fishing with life jackets directly from the private boat pier. We were able to grill the fish in the evening. Mrs. Franke, thank you again for the very effective barbecue starter. The outdoor seating area is also very cozy. The swing and sandbox were a huge hit with the children. The holiday home is tastefully decorated and cozy. The box of children's books, small cars, and board games kept our children entertained. We felt comfortable and can recommend the holiday home for families with a maximum of 2 children.

Urlaub bei Frankes

Everything was very nice at Franke's. Accommodation is clean, nothing was missing. There is a lot to do around here, such as the Scharmützelbob, Wildpark, or fishing in Krossinsee or in Klein Wall. Thank you for everything.
