Description
The house is well maintained and is spread over 2 floors: upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with double bed (), chest of drawers and large windows with beautiful views of the garden and terrace. The other has 2 single beds () and a spacious fitted wardrobe. Also on the 1st floor is the bathroom with tub and toilet.
The ground floor with a spacious, open plan living and kitchen area is bright and modern furnishings. The kitchen is lavishly equipped with ceramic hob (4 rings), oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and a separate kitchen area with worktop. when standing in front of the table with 4 chairs and a sideboard. On the other side of the room is the sitting area with sofa and two armchairs.
For entertainment, a TV (German and international channels), radio, CD player and books (including Guide) available. On request, the Internet connection can be availed (surcharge).
In the entrance area is the wardrobe, a separate toilet and a storage room with washing machine.
Two double-glass doors provide a view to the large terrace (lunch and evening sun), which is of a Mediterranean, lush garden (with trees, shrubs, perennials, flowers and herbs) to give; it is equipped with loungers and garden furniture. On the other side of the house is the parking lot and a second terrace (morning sun) with fig tree.

Location and surroundings of object
The residence "Les Jardins de la Clape" is very low, you can walk to the beautiful sandy beach within walking distance, also the center of Narbonne-Plage with shops and restaurants is within walking distance (about 8-10 minutes). Narbonne-Plage is a family, small resort on the seafront with stunning kilometer long sandy beach (guarded in season) with very good water quality. In the center of restaurants, cafes, small supermarkets, bakeries, butchers and other shops offer everything you need on holiday. Also provide in the season market day and an evening entertainment program provides some variation.
In addition, the location and the area offers a variety of leisure activities: the bike paths along the coast invite to longer or shorter tours a, a bicycle rental are available on site. A holiday home to feel good
Very nice, well-maintained holiday home, which leaves nothing to be desired in terms of facilities, up to the in-house library and music selection on CD. The garden furniture is also available in sufficient quantities for both terraces, and you can move back and forth depending on the sunshine or wind in front or behind the house. Very pleasant communication with the landlady. A very good location for excursions in the nearby and wider area; in 5 minutes on foot you are also at the beautiful sandy beach. We will come back!

A holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired. Complete equipment, pleasant furnishings, quiet yet central location with only a few meters to the beach - everything perfect. The ideal starting point for walks, hikes, swimming, and last but not least, visiting the nearby wineries.

Beautiful house by the sea
Very nice holiday home in an attractive setting.
The house is bright and very well equipped. The two terraces make it possible to have shade and or sun almost at any time of the day.
The beach is clean and about 3 minutes walk away. Besides the beach and sun, there are many other activities in the region (climbing, caves, castles, ...).
The holiday home is well suited for families with children. However, there is no high chair and plastic plates for small children.
