Our cosily furnished and child-friendly holiday flat is located in a holiday home with 6 holiday flats. From the house, which is located in a quiet residential area, it is only 1000 m to the North Sea, 400 m to the adventure pool, children's playhouse, seal sanctuary and spa park with playgrounds.
We offer you a holiday to feel good for up to 5 people and a small child.

The apartment is located in a quiet street (road game) about 1000 m from the North Sea. Be reached via a walkway along the back of the house, through the park to the beach. 400 meters away is the 2nd Park, the OCEANWIVE, the children's play house, play areas and the seal sanctuary.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation Policy The guest is required to pay the agreed price for the contractual services not utilized, minus the expenses saved by the lessor (currently 10%). The landlord is obliged, in good faith, to try to re-let the unused holiday accommodation to avoid losses. Until the holiday accommodation is re-let, the guest is required to pay the calculated amount for the duration of the contract. To protect you from such risks, the Norddeich spa administration offers you a risk insurance. This insurance must be completed no later than 14 days after the booking confirmation. Contract documents are available from the spa administration. The cancellation administration fee is 30 euros. Should the Lower Saxony state government issue a lodging ban for your scheduled travel date, your booking will be canceled free of charge.

Wonderful!
We were in Norddeich for the first time and were lucky to stay in this wonderful apartment. Upon arrival, it was a wow moment. Everything is wonderfully cozy and provided in sufficient quantity. The terrace is peacefully located at the back. Games, etc. are available for playing on rainy days. The beds are comfortable and invite you to cuddle after a long day at the beach. We will definitely come back!

Good weekend getaway
The house is located close to the saltwater swimming pool and relatively within walking distance of the beach. Exactly what we needed as a family of five for a weekend. The price-performance ratio is very good!

Simply wonderful:-)
We are more than thrilled with this holiday flat. Nothing was missing, we can recommend the flat with a clear conscience. The beach, the shopping facilities, everything is within walking distance. The contact was very friendly and should we ever travel to the north again, we will book this house or flat again!

Recommended; three generations had a nice and relaxing holiday.
I was in Norddeich with my daughter and mother. The holiday apartment offers everything needed for a relaxing self-catering holiday. The furnishings are functional/rustic, the price-performance ratio is right, and the contacts with the landlord were very warm and helpful. With the apartment spread over three floors, there are good opportunities to retreat. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. Many great playgrounds are within walking distance in about. 5-10 minutes away. We will gladly come back.
