Description
Our ecologically renovated half-timbered cottage offers space for 6 people on approx. 60 m² Wfl.
The cottage is divided into 4 rooms, living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
From the kitchen you reach the natural stone terrace, where you can dine comfortably and relax undisturbed
undisturbed. The living room is equipped with a full HD TV, a music system,
a double sofa bed, a sitting area and a wall unit.
The furniture and beds in the bedroom are made of solid wood. Here, 4 guests can find their healthy and peaceful sleep in the double bed and double bunk bed.
The kitchen is rustic and functionally furnished with a seating area and you will find the bathroom in modern style with a glass shower.
The garden accommodates a swing and of course a barbecue and rotary clothes dryer.
The parking space is in front of the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is situated on a 3200 m² plot with a view of the Brocken, with a clear view to the rear, in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village.
You can start hiking or skiing immediately from the property without having to cross the village
Our climatic health resort has approx. 700 inhabitants and is situated at an altitude of 490 m in the middle of the Harz mountains.
Not far from the accommodation (approx. 400 m) you will find a grocery shop, the large sauna area with many sports facilities and a restaurant
a restaurant, the bus stop, a petrol station and a doctor's station about 100 m away.
In winter, cross-country ski trails are groomed and are only 200 m from the property. Allrode has always been a very popular hiking destination and looks back on a history of over 1054 years.
The climatic health resort is situated on a plateau and is surrounded by a deep mixed forest, so that in all
conditions in all 4 seasons.
This borders on the wildly romantic Luppboden valley, which flows into the legendary Bode valley.
From here you can reach many places of interest, such as the famous Bode Valley with its
the famous Bode Valley with the Hexentanzplatz, the Rosstrappe and the suspension railway, the stalactite caves, the Devil's Wall,
the Joseph's Cross, the unique Selke Valley, Falkenstein Castle, the World Heritage town of Quedlinburg, not forgetting the castle in Wernigerode and much more.
In the village you will find shopping facilities, restaurants, a petrol station, a doctor and many
Sports facilities (sauna, swimming, horse riding, fitness, table tennis, volleyball, mini-golf, etc.).
Culturally, Allrode offers a wonderfully renovated church with an adjoining guest house, where you can also find the local history museum.
The bus connections to Quedlinburg and Wernigerode are well adapted and the Selketalbahn with connection to the Brocken is only 5 km away.
There are plenty of bathing opportunities nearby (mountain lake, bathing establishment and fun pool).
Climbing courses, mountain biking or fun parks are also within 15 km.

Dreamlike location
We were welcomed by the very nice landlord and an impressive starry sky that one cannot experience in a big city.
The accommodation was simply furnished with everything needed for a nice start to the day and a cozy overnight stay.
The location was beautifully situated, including a sweet "Aunt Emma" shop.
We felt very comfortable in the house, the place, and in the Harz. All destinations that can be reached in the Harz are super accessible, whether by car or by public transport.
Many thanks to Mr. Becker for the tips on destinations that you can't find in the tourist guide.
We would love to come back.

A holiday home with charm
We felt very well taken care of right away. Clean and equipped with everything that is needed. Great interaction with the landlords, who were always helpful with local attractions. The location is super, pure nature right outside the window. We will definitely come back! Our recommendation!!!

Short vacation with grandchildren
A very pretty little house. Simple and plain, but everything needed is there.
Mr. Becker is a very friendly landlord. From the very beginning, a very pleasant email exchange took place.
The children especially liked the sweet surprise on the day of arrival.
Perhaps a vacation will work out again.

Rest and relaxation
I often sat up on the meadow and looked over to the Brocken and felt the hectic pace in me ease and the relaxation increase with each time. My wife and I took long walks towards Stiege, directly from the house, and again peace and lots of good air. Not far by car: Treseburg (walking along the Bode, sipping coffee at the ford), Rosstrappe (grandiose canyon), Hermann's Cave (you should have seen it, we were even allowed to observe a grotto olm in the wild), Rappbode Dam (rumbly but interesting with the suspension bridge), Quedlinburg!
A little further: Goslar and Werningerode-top, Brocken with a magnificent view.
Very friendly landlords, house simple but top price-performance ratio. Harz meanwhile unfortunately weatherproof, we had only good weather. So a clear recommendation!

We will come again.
My husband and I had a wonderful vacation here. The apartment is very cozy and tastefully decorated. We love nature and enjoyed our time in the charming village in the Harz mountains. Mr. Becker took very good care of us from the arrival to the departure. Thank you for everything!
