Description
The house has 2 bedrooms with 4 beds (new bedroom 180x200 and 2 single beds 90x200), a dining area, a bathroom with tub shower and a separate toilet, a TV with German programmes, a radio with CD player, a comfort kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, small freezer and a sandwich toaster.
A baby cot, travel cot is available and a high chair can be provided.
Free parking in front of the house.
From 01.06.2021 we rent 4 sunbeds, 1 windbreak and 1 parasol at the beach of De Haan.
We have rented a beach hut where these things are stored. 4 sunbeds and 1 parasol cost 30,00 Euro per week
The cottage is very clean and well maintained. Garden furniture (table, chairs and parasol) is available. Convector heating and wood-burning stove for inexpensive heating. WLAN free of charge

The seaside resort of Ostend, about 12 km away, is also called the "queen of seaside resorts", has an entertainment district and about 300 restaurants.
The beach promenade stretches along the entire seawall and is lined with street cafés as well as restaurants.
The city is a transport hub (car, rail, ship and plane).
The world's longest tram - the interurban tram "Kusttram" - takes you to all Belgian towns along the coast from De Panne to Knokke.
Bruges is the capital and with more than inhabitants the largest city of the province of West Flanders in Belgium.
The medieval city centre was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000. In 2002, Bruges was the European Capital of Culture and is definitely worth a visit!

Very nice holiday home in beautiful De Haan.
We have been to De Haan many times and always enjoy coming back, it's a very beautiful place. And when the holiday home is also perfect, what more could you want. This time in the second house of the Schmitz family, just like the first house we knew, everything is excellent again. Clean, well-maintained, and two new bicycles that you can use for free. And if a problem arises, Mr. Schmitz can be reached in no time. It was another great vacation, even though the weather was not always beach-worthy. A trip to Bruges, Ostend, or Blankenberge makes up for it, and next year we will come back. Promised.
