Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a small residential area on the edge of a nature reserve only 6 km from the beach and the port of La Napoule / Mandelieu. You'll also find a large supermarket and a cozy downtown with small shops and good restaurants. The idyllic location of the house offers a view over the Bay of Cannes to the Lérins island while at the same time among the rocks in the Estérel. For the sportsmen are several golf courses and tennis courts nearby and horse riding, mountain biking and cycling. There is diving, sailing and surfing schools, and more. Besides the beach and the sea, there are many points of interest such as the glass factories in Biot or ceramic of Vaulauris where Picasso has painted his plate, Marineland, F1 and the famous casino in Monte Carlo or Cannes during the film festival, there are many different art museums such as Renoir, Bonnard, Léger, Matisse and Picasso as well as spectacular natural as the Gorges de Verdon or the various beautiful flowers that this land is known besides its good wine and excellent cuisine. Ancient Roman ruins are in different places, such as found in Fréjus along the coast. A romantic walk through St. Tropez with his dream yachts and famous white sandy beaches is also always enchanting.

A quiet week in a dream house
Sensational house, much nicer than the photos show. Mrs Genzel is a very nice hostess, the house is in a very quiet location (not recommended without a car though) and offers a fantastic view and a beautiful pool. Equipment very complete, very clean and everything very well maintained. And on top of that we had a week of sunshine, what more could you want?

Top equipped holiday home
Great, large, quietly situated and exceptionally well equipped holiday home with a fantastic view! The beach and large supermarket are about 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Nice contact with the landlady. Many excursion possibilities, e.g. to Grasse, Nice, Cannes, kayaking on the Argens, hiking and bathing on and in the mountain river Loup etc. ....
