The house was built in 2005, the plot is 1800 m, sophisticated house, well kept shore is 400 m far, restaurant and groceries are 200 m, ship harbour 3000 m far from the house. In the house there are 2 bedrooms (2+3 beds), living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom (with shower, 2 washbasins, toilet), toilet, covered terrace and lockable kitchen with microwave oven, refrigerator, gas cooker, coffee machine, toaster. In the garden there is a fireplace with all the equipment for barbecuing, spit-roasting and cooking in the kettle. In the yard there is table tennis, swing bed, gazebo, children's playground, sun bed and pool (h/w/d 1.2m/3m/6m), sun loungers, garden furniture, barbecue. The house, the garden and the pool are for exclusive use.
Wellness with sauna and whirlpool: this offer can be used for 5000 Ft/day.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Beautiful holiday home - however, "small pool" - kitchen equipment (dishes/glasses sparse). Unfortunately, on the 1st day, we had an ant invasion in the bathroom - also, the shower mug is very moldy. Otherwise, we had a nice vacation.

Es tut mir leid dass für Sie zwei der Pool nicht groß genug und 18 Gläser/ Tassen u.s.w. zu wenig waren. Aber es freut mich sehr dass Sie trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub verbracht hatten.

very nice holiday home.......yet a rip-off...........
I was this year together with acquaintances in the holiday home and we all can only agree with the review by Devill, Sulzberg. Unfortunately, we had not read the review before our vacation. Maybe overlooked... the house itself is very nice, but the owner demands additional money for everything and anything, while in most other holiday homes on site everything is included in the price. We see the positive review by Heb, Lauf as a marketing campaign. . . . because the owner also offered us to use the Jacuzzi and sauna for free if we give a positive review, he already had the text prepared. . . . . . . . . there are many beautiful holiday homes at Lake Balaton that are comparable to this one but at much more favorable conditions. . . . . . . . . the location is not favorable as the railway tracks run in close proximity, and trains run constantly during the day. . . . At night, two to three express trains thunder through the village.

Ich gebe einen Rat: nur vorsichtig mit die Verleumdungskampagne.

Super nice holiday home...
...equipped with everything you need, very clean and tidy, very nice and accommodating landlords, great garden and pool area.
We spent a very nice holiday here. Swing, sandpit, table tennis table...everything a child's heart could desire. Even table tennis and badminton rackets were available. The landlords were very keen to find the right bike for each of the 4 of us. The most envying thing for passers-by was the great pool.
Great house, great property, very nice landlords! Gladly again :-)

shopping facilities: ca. 400m vom Haus entfernt kleiner ABC-Markt mit allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs, große Supermärkte (Lidl, Spar, Tesco) und weitere ABC-Märkte in Nachbarorten

The holiday home is great at first sight...
the holiday home itself is not bad. However, the owners demand a greatly inflated daily rate. On-site, you pay a maximum of 70 euros, including all additional costs, for a similar or better property in peak season. Every little thing such as tourist tax and wellness is immediately collected by the owners in addition to the 90 euros per day for the house. If you want to use all the offers of the holiday home, you need to add another 20 euros per day. My opinion. . . . . . once and never again. . . . . . one is exploited by the owning family like a Christmas goose.

Die Bewertung entspricht nicht den Tatsachen.
Die Darstellung des Reisevermittlers stimmt nicht mit denen des Hausvermieters űberein. Die Kurtaxe, sowie die Benutzung des Wellnessbereiches wurde im Inserat des Vermieters als extern ausgewiesen. Die Objektpreise sind durchaus ortsűblich und erhöhen sich lediglich durch die dem Vermieter unbekannte Vermittlercourtage.
