Broken heating and misleading by the landlords.
Unfortunately, the heating in the room is not working properly - it's overheated in the living room and cold and not adjustable in the bedroom. Additionally, the landlords enter the apartment uninvited, even early in the morning while one is still asleep. The listed supposed 2 bedrooms are misleading - there is only one, which can be a nasty surprise if you want to sleep separately because then you don't have a living room, as the couch blocks the entire room when unfolded. The WZ is way too hot to sleep, the SZ ice-cold. A very disappointing vacation!

Ein paar Worte zur obigen Bewertung aus dem Blickwinkel des Vermieters seien gestattet. Die Person, die in der Tat an einem Morgen in die Wohnung „getappt“ ist, war die 97-jährige graue Eminenz des Hauses, unser lieber uralter Vater, der ehemalige Besitzer des Hauses. Er hatte leider zufällig den Hinweis-Zettel der Damen gelesen, dass etwas mit der Heizung in der Fewo nicht stimmt und wollte natürlich nur helfen. Wer da etwas sehr arg Böses Unverzeihliches drin sieht.... kann natürlich jeder selbst für sich entscheiden. Freilich geht das von Sache her garnicht! Und die Angelegenheit wurde ernsthaft (sehr) besprochen und wird nicht wieder vorkommen.
Die Heizung ist nach mehrfachem Entlüften nun wieder i.O.
Wenn man die Zimmersituation so beschreiben würde, dass es nur einen Schlafraum gibt, wäre es auch nicht gänzlich informativ, da man ja nicht nur im Schlafzimmer sondern auch im Wohnbereich gut schlafen kann. Die beiden Monteure die Jan-März bei uns waren, haben sehr gut in beiden Räumen genächtigt.
Wie dem auch sei. Letztendlich muss jeder selber entscheiden, ob ihm die Wohnung selbst oder das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis oder die herrliche Lage und und ... gut gefällt oder nicht. Zu uns kommen übrigens sehr viele „Wiederholungstäter“.
