The holiday home is suitable for max. 3 people. On the ground floor there is the living room, an open kitchen with dining area, and the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, combination microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet, and washbasin with mirror. In the living room there is a 3-seater sofa, floor lamp, sideboard with the smart TV on it. NOTE! There is no cable TV or digital channels. You can log in to your own streaming services such as Netflix, Disney, and Amazon Prime on the smart TV. The stairs to the first floor lead to two bedrooms. One room with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both are equipped with wardrobes. On your own terrace there is a picnic table and a lounge sofa. Directly in front of the holiday home you have your own private parking space.

The holiday home has a superb location! It's only 150m from the bourlevard/beach. A 5min walk to the centre of 'De Voorstraat' where all the shops are. And a 5min walk to the supermarket. The busstop is right on the corner of our street.
Egmond aan Zee has been a popular seaside resort when it was well known for its healthy and clear sea air. Prominent on the boulevard is lighthouse Jan van Speyk appearing from the whole village.
The village offers the holidaymaker plenty of entertainment. Restaurants and a shopping area with something for everyone. In summertime there is a weekly event on the Pompplein or market in the Voorstraat.
The shops and restaurants are open all year 7 days a week.
The wide beach offers numerous possibilities for relaxation. You can hire beach chairs, sunbeds, windbreaks at beach pavilions.
Or be sportive and go hiking, biking, swimming, sail- and surfing.

Egmond a feeling
Back again in Egmond and at a special place with very warm hosts. They have a dreamy holiday home with a lot of attention to detail and great amenities. A little home that I very much like to return to. Thank you very much for everything, Maureen and Robert.

Wellness holiday in the feel-good house
We spent a week with our adult daughter in this wonderful house. Everything we needed was there. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a great location close to the beach. Maureen and Robert are also very nice and friendly. We would love to come back.

Very clean and well-maintained accommodation for parents plus 1 child. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom has a large shower. The promenade is only 150m away. I give an unrestricted recommendation.

Beautiful house near the beach with very nice landlords
We spent our holiday in this house for the 2nd time this year and are very satisfied. Everything is in tip-top order, only a few steps to the beach boulevard and the landlords could not be more friendly and accommodating.
