Wonderful and thank you.

We were at Waldidyll at short notice, as my husband and I are preparing a family weekend in September. Mr. Fischer took a lot of time for us right away, even though we showed up unannounced, to show and explain everything to us. With his excellent tips and suggestions, it was very easy for us to plan the program for the upcoming days. It is a beautiful area, a real holiday paradise that is operated with a lot of passion and devotion. We are sure that we will have a wonderful weekend in September.

The right place to relax

During our Brandenburg bicycle tour, we stayed at the Waldidylle for two nights. We stayed in a chalet and our hosts made sure we lacked nothing. The pool provided a welcome cooling after hot days and the breakfast, with special surprises such as fried eggs, omelettes or pancakes, is highly recommended. We were also impressed by the sustainable approach of the hosts.

Family short break in Haida.

We spent a long weekend as a family (six adults, five children, one dog) at the holiday paradise "Waldidylle" directly by the forest. Here, there is a volleyball field, a pool, grills, campfire spots, table tennis tables, and plenty of space for the kids to play and burn off some energy. Despite the three log cabins, the three apartments being occupied by us, the occupied holiday homes, and two caravans on the pitch, the property did not feel full or crowded.
We got to know the landlord Mr. Fischer as a friendly host, who is gradually renovating and expanding his "Waldidylle" with charm without overbuilding it.
If you enjoy taking a few steps to hike or walk, or like us, taking the dog for a walk, you can walk to the gravel pit, which is about 800 meters away, or the gravel lake Zeischa, which is about 3 kilometers away. Both have clean water and can be reached via well-accessible forest paths.
We can absolutely recommend the holiday paradise "Waldidylle" for a family vacation. The equipment provided in the apartments completely met our needs for the few days.

A very nice stay.

The large property has a playground, pool, and volleyball court. Additionally, there is a beautiful lounge area to sit. The accommodations are equipped with everything you need. Mr. Fischer is very helpful and tries to fulfill all wishes.

Family weekend

To relax a little, the facility in the holiday paradise Waldidylle (surrounded by the forest) is very suitable. Everything is there for "small" and "large". One can immediately tell that the owners have given a lot of thought to every detail with great love.

The accommodation was exactly what we, as a group, needed. Everything necessary was available. The facilities were very satisfactory for us.

A great weekend in the countryside

We were a group of 12 people and were well accommodated and taken care of. We had booked a barbecue evening which was very delicious and abundant. Mr. Fischer and his son grilled cheese, sausages, steaks, and salmon for us, along with tasty salads. The breakfast with eggs from the neighbor's chickens and salads from their own farm was great as well. The accommodations are newly renovated and clean. It was a great weekend, including a visit to the forest pool and a guided paddle tour organized by the Fischer family. Thanks again to the lovely hosts.

Kurztrip in die Natur

Apartment very nice and spacious, we didn't miss anything. Underfloor heating was great, very pleasant, we were there in the off-season, nice and quiet, small area, idyllic, good for relaxing and enjoying peace. The playground was the highlight for my child. The two holiday apartments were just as nice and well equipped.

Very friendly to children and parents!!! Accommodation is of sufficient size, nicely designed, and equipped with the essentials. Heating is excellent. Unfortunately, the internet was not working during our stay due to renovations, a significant and only drawback. Parking available. Paths are unpaved.

We have been here for the 2nd time and will gladly come back again. It is fascinating to see how much has changed in the area within a year. A family-run business indeed. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the heating was broken due to a technical defect. Fischer's initially solved the problem with an electric heater and after a "night shift," managed to get the heating working again despite it being a holiday. Thank you.

beautiful short vacation

We were on site for 4 days and had rented 3 holiday homes. The equipment is okay, but with some weaknesses. For example, there is no oven and the kitchen equipment is more of a hodgepodge. Nevertheless, we will come back, as we overall liked it.

Nature, peace, relaxation, adventure

Great location right by the forest, perfect for walks and getting closer to nature. The holiday paradise offers on-site opportunities for volleyball, soccer, swimming in the pool, playing table tennis, and cozy sitting including grilling. Been here twice already, whether in the vacation apartment or the log cabin, everything is nicely furnished and equipped. Lakes nearby in the village, but also the Wonnemar water park in Bad Liebenwerda are quickly accessible. A rafting trip with Mr. Fischer was very adventurous and fun, bonding our team and giving a perfect ending to our vacation. Thanks for everything!

Great family vacation

We spent a great family vacation here in the summer of 2019. Everything needed for a family vacation was available, from household appliances to a grill, table tennis, pool, etc. Our apartment was clean and tidy, except for the fishy smell left by the previous tenants, which was not the landlord's fault. Spacious parking, large and comfortable apartment with modern and complete equipment, extensive terrace for exclusive use, barbecue terrace, swimming pool, largely untouched nature in the immediate surroundings. You really don't need more to enjoy a stay!

Glamping

It was a very nice short vacation that offers a lot of relaxation and peace due to its location. Those who don't have high demands are in good hands with Glamping.
The equipment was good. If you like bread rolls for breakfast, you can order them there as there is no way to bake them. The shower is luxurious but only had hot water. At this time of year, it gets a bit cool in the bungalow, but otherwise it was okay. It's just glamorous camping.

A peaceful place at a fair price

The holiday paradise is a bit off the beaten path. This was no problem for us three adults with our bikes, in fact, it was desired. It was heavenly quiet on this Friday. The mother of the site operator took great care of us and even took me shopping in Elsterwerda (approximately 5 kilometers away). That evening, it rained heavily, so we didn't necessarily want to go out with the bikes again. The next morning, the nice lady even brought breakfast to the bungalow, so we could have a cozy breakfast on the terrace. There was nothing missing at the meal. There is plenty of entertainment for children at the site.
