The Apartment 2 offers enough space for up person and features 1 triple bedroom, 1 living room with kitchen, 1 bathroom and balcony.
The apartment is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped (TV / SAT, internet (WLAN), air conditioning, balcony, parking in front of the house, bed linen, towels, smittel, coffee maker, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob (ceramic hob ) with two hob, crockery and cutlery. tourist tax are are including in the price. air conditioning, wireless Internet (WLAN) and the apartment on departure are free.
If necessary, the use we give a cot. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. A deposit of 30% of the total price you paid on booking, the rest of the price on arrival. In accordance with the period of booking apartment can be used from 14:00 pm (arrivals) and must leave (departure) to 10:00.
On request, we can provide the use of washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner. Use of washing machine is additionally charged.

Location and surroundings of object
We are 3 minutes on foot far from sandy beaches Livacina, Paradis beach, Crnika and harbor Lopar. Beach is known for its shallow waters, suitable for children and non-swimmers. Walk from the house to the beach is flat (no hills).
Very close by our house (3 minutes on foot) is the city center where there are many small shops with souvenirs, bakery, exchange office, pizzeria, restaurants, tennis court, mini-golf, trampolines and other equipment for children. In Lopar we have more transactions, Ambulant, pharmacy, post office, gas station, 3 ATM.
In Rab (town of Rab - 10 km from our house) there is a bank, a veterinarian, Outpatient and beautiful historic old town. Everything about our Lopar and island of Rab you can see on web site of Tourist Board Lopar and Tourist Board of Rab.

Very satisfied!
We are very satisfied with our stay. Flat no. 2 was very clean and well equipped. We especially liked the location, as the beautiful beach is only about 100m - down the road. Ruža and Ivan Jakuc were also very nice hosts and were always available to answer any questions. We can highly recommend this accommodation!

Great holiday flat
The Jakuc family is very nice and has thought of everything in the flat. The furnishings are child-friendly. The flat is in a quiet location, but very close to the centre and two beautiful beaches. You even get a present at the end! We had a very pleasant holiday in Lopar and would come again.

nice holiday flat
We were on site for 16 days. The flat was super clean and nicely furnished. We had a balcony with sea view, which I liked very much.
The owners are very familiar and cordial, we felt very comfortable the whole time. The bakery, beach and restaurants are all close by.

Beautiful apartment near the beach with panoramic view.
We stayed in Lopar for 5 days in September and stayed at the Jakuc family's apartment. We really liked the apartment! It is in a very well-maintained condition, everything was very clean and tidy! The apartment building is only a few meters away from the Paradise Beach, and restaurants and shopping facilities are close by. The Jakuc family welcomed us very warmly and friendly, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back!
