Description
Important: We ask for your understanding that the period from September to June this year will be rented to long-term tenants. The holiday apartment extends over two floors of the house and has its own entrance. On the lower floor of the apartment are both bedrooms (one with a new comfortable bed 160x200cm). Second bedroom has beds measuring 90x190cm and 80x190cm for two children, similar to a low bunk bed (see picture attached), shower/WC and spacious terrace and balcony, and upstairs (internal staircase): living area: kitchen with living room, playroom with toys for children and tiny guest toilet. It is possible to get visits from our house cats. They are cared for in the garden. The location is quiet without large tourist facilities nearby and situated on a smaller lane. The apartment’s garden is small, but always green, lively, and also a bit wild, with hammocks strung between trees (oleander, pine, olive, fig, pomegranate, laurel).
The playroom can be converted as needed by guests from September to early July into another small bedroom or a hobby room (reading, writing, ). From the window of this room you can partly see the sea. From the holiday apartment, you can also spontaneously take beautiful excursions as you wish each day, or if you simply want to relax on the beach, you’ll find everything you need on site: a green market with fruit/vegetables from the nearby nature park, several bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, pastry shops.
Nearby there are several national parks and a nature park (within 30km), and the historic coastal towns not far from us are still very lively. The beaches are partly pebbly, partly sandy, but we prefer to go to the many secluded snorkeling spots on the natural beaches. Unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking, departure is possible until 9 a.m. and arrival from 2 p.m.
LONG-TERM RENTERS
Long-term rental from 500 EUR/month plus electricity and firewood, possible for 2 people with a booking of at least 3 winter months. The apartment is suitable for winter if you are willing to also heat with firewood. Heating with electricity alone is not sufficient, especially due to humidity.
Long-term rental: Price depending on date and availability. For bookings of more than 4 weeks, there are price discounts.

Additional studio flat can be made available this year to families who notify us in time for the reservation of the flat.

Final cleaning is included in the price if you stay more than 5 days.
The tips for you: secluded beaches, walks, choice of shops and what can be interesting at the moment, we will prepare in writing. I will be available via Whats app and email in German.
If you would like to postpone your booked dates, the postponements up to 3 days can be done free of charge. If you simply feel more relaxed when the flat is empty for 2-3 days, we will be happy to accommodate you.
We live in a small town surrounded by beautiful beaches and our hinterland is not densely populated at all. These are real paradises of discovery, even if you can simply enjoy family time without the hustle and bustle. If you will have a nice holiday, we would be happy!

The house is regularly visited by Bio-Kiste and you can have the organic products delivered to your holiday address, including meat and milk, if that is more convenient for you.

Great vacation
We had a wonderful vacation in Pirovac and felt very comfortable with Elizabeta. The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired; Elizabeta is a very warm and helpful host. We will gladly come back.

Great experience
We were looking for a winter residence after going through a lot of effort and time to sell and clear out my mother's house in Germany to start a new life here in Croatia. After the stress, this apartment was a piece of paradise, a calm haven in the storm of our lives where we could relax and focus on finding a house in peace. The landlady, Elizabeta, was super helpful and friendly from the first moment, she's an absolute gem. We had all the amenities in the apartment, including a new kettle, coffee machine, and toaster in the kitchen. Everything was clean, the decor playful but not obtrusive, the Swedish stove kept us warm, and we were shown how to make a proper fire. :)
You need to be flexible with laundry. The bedding is washed, but for personal laundry, you can arrange with Elizabeta or use the laundry service in the village.
There are two terraces to enjoy, and the garden is small but peaceful, usually with a cat lounging somewhere in the sun. Always a nice place to enjoy morning coffee.
The location is in a quiet neighborhood, at least during the season when we were there. The sea is a short walk past beautiful houses, and you can get all your groceries down at the marina or, if you have a car, you can also visit a larger supermarket on the outskirts of town.
Taking walks and exploring the surroundings was also fun in January and February, as the sun often showed up, and the sea looks fantastic all year round.
All in all, I can recommend the apartment and landlady with the utmost confidence. We had what we needed and so much more. I will always look back on this time with joy.

Idyllic retreat to let your thoughts roam
Located within sight of the sea, you can quickly reach the inviting town center of Pirovac on foot, where there are many appealing cafes, restaurants, and diverse shopping opportunities.
The garden and the apartment are excellent for relaxing, for example, after swimming in the nearby sea or visiting one of the many attractions in the area.
Elizabeta is a very harmonious and considerate landlady. I was able to benefit greatly from her creativity and enjoyed my stay.

An idyllic place
We were five of us (4 adults and 1 child) and had plenty of space. The accommodation spans two floors. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is there. Elisabetha is a host with a lot of heart. You can already tell when making a reservation. Our wishes were fulfilled without us even having to mention them. She just sees what is needed. We were also very grateful for her many excursion tips. We cannot describe this sense of security. And where else can you pick your own figs from the balcony for breakfast? One point was not so good. We were there in August and unfortunately, there is no air conditioning in the master bedroom. So if you absolutely need one, you should sleep in the living room.
Summary: The vacation apartment is cozy, the host is fantastic, it is centrally located and quiet.

Wonderful!
