Our holiday home is located 200m from the village on the "Jockelsberg" (407m NN) in the middle of a fenced beech wood, surrounded by meadows and fields in the protected landscape area of the Upper Lusatian Mountains. Ideal for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet, families with children and dog lovers.
The FH was classified by the DTV with 4* *** (valid until 17.11.2022 ) and newly renovated in 2018.
Excursions:
Upper Lusatia Bird of Prey Sanctuary in the village, local mountains Czorneboh and Bieleboh, Löbauer Berg with the cast-iron lookout tower (7 km, Europe's only cast-iron lookout tower), Sohlebad in Kirschau and summer toboggan run in Oderwitz 15 km, Saxon Switzerland, Zittau Mountains, Butterfly House in Jonsdorf and Saurierpark Kleinwelka 25km.

Our holiday home in the fenced forest property is located 200m from the village on the "Jockelsberg" (407m NN) in the middle of a fenced beech wood, surrounded by meadows and fields in the protected landscape area of the Upper Lusatian Mountains. Ideal for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet, families with children and dog lovers.
Lauba is a village in the Upper Lusatian Mountains landscape conservation area with about 600 residents. Doctor, dentist, sauna, bakery, inn, milk and eggs from the farmer, wine press with drinks market only 300 m to 400 m from the holiday home.
The half-timbered houses from the 17th to 19th century are unique.

Alone location is programme and ideal for dogs
Great for dog, master and mistress. Of course also child(ren)
Alone location is the programme!
Clean, of course. Peace and quiet, pure nature. Very nice landlords!
No big criticism, but you should consider to plan a little more budget for the night storage heaters in the winter months or in the cold months!
We would love to come back anytime!

Wonderful quiet holiday home
The holiday home stands alone on a small mountain and you have a beautiful view of meadows, fields, the Upper Lusatian Mountains and the Giant Mountains. It is wonderfully quiet with no street noise. We were there with two small children and we can only recommend it.

Ideal for dog owners
A wonderful holiday house in a fantastic location! We were there as a couple with two dogs and felt very comfortable. Very friendly landlord, great facilities, smooth handling, excellent value for money.

Nature - Peace - Comfort
You don't miss anything in the holiday home. The location and the view are great. The peace and quiet is unbelievable. Hikes through the Upper Lusatian Mountains are highly recommended. The paths are marked throughout and on almost every mountain peak you can stop at a mountain inn and have a great meal. Culture and history can be found in Görlitz, Zittau, Bautzen, Löbau ... to hunt down.
