We had a great vacation at La Casa Carmencita. The entire property is beautiful and very well located between Moraira and Calpe. The place is quiet (car recommended);
The pool is very spacious and sunny all day (2 umbrellas provided). The beach, supermarket and restaurants are not far by car. The house is very well equipped and well maintained. The bedding is very comfortable. Air conditioning is in both bedrooms. The contact with Mr. BERGES is excellent.
We highly recommend the rental and will be back.

Beautiful

September in Benissa

A great house, we have already booked it for the 2nd time, super equipped (every kitchen utensil is available), sand toys, sunbeds etc.. The beach, supermarket and restaurants are not far away by car. On foot, because of the quite steep hill a bit tedious. The contact with the landlord is great and the on-site manager very nice and reliable. Air conditioning in both bedrooms works well. We would book it again at any time and recommend it.

Pure relaxation

We spent 14 relaxing days in the beautiful house Carmencita. The furnishings were perfect, we wanted for nothing. We especially liked the lovingly designed Mediterranean garden with the large swimming pool. This area offers a great private atmosphere as it is not visible to outsiders.

The entire property was beautiful and extremely well-maintained. Beautiful, peaceful location (car recommended), great pool, and facilities that leave nothing to be desired. The best accommodation we've had since traveling to Spain. Contact with Mr. Berges was also very nice. I can recommend the accommodation without hesitation and will definitely come back.

Top Urlaub

The house is a dream, exceeded our expectations, has everything you could wish for. Very quiet location but not far from the center of Calpe, the pool is large and well shielded for privacy. Mr. Berges was always helpful and super nice. We were very satisfied and would love to spend another vacation in the house.

Traumhaftes Haus

The house is fantastic and very centrally located. Numerous beaches and shopping options can be reached within 5-10 minutes by car. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for. The pool is very large, and the terrace gets sun all day. Another plus is that the terrace is not overlooked. This was our third holiday house vacation in Spain, and so far, this is the only house we thought we would like to come back to. We had a perfect holiday in a clean, fully equipped house with a perfect location.

Excellent séjour

We had a great week at "Casa Carmencita". The villa was exactly what we were looking for: private pool, peaceful surroundings, very clean, well-equipped, and close enough to shops and the sea (car required). The owner, Frank, was also very kind and attentive. If our next vacation allows it, we will definitely come back.

Super schöne Urlaubsunterkunft

With our two boys, we had a wonderful vacation at Casa Carmencita. The house offers many amenities and is very well equipped, so we didn't miss anything. We especially liked that the pool and garden are not visible, so you can really spend your vacation in complete privacy. The contact with Mr. Berges was also very nice. We will gladly vacation here again and recommend the house 100%.

Très belle villa de vacances

We had a great week at Villa Carmencita! The house is well-equipped, spacious, and nicely decorated. It is well located in a quiet area near the coves between Moraira and Calpe. We especially loved the beautiful pool. Communication with the owner was perfect (thanks Franck), and thanks to the person on site for handing over the keys. We will definitely come back!

Perfect for families and couples seeking relaxation.

The house is in very good condition, richly equipped, and lovingly decorated. We didn't miss anything in terms of furnishings in 14 days. If you are not looking for a bustling atmosphere but want to spend a relaxing and quiet vacation, this is the right place. The pool is regularly cleaned, and shopping possibilities within a radius of 2-5 km are varied (German supermarket, Merkadonna, Aldi & Lidl). The barbecue invites to barbecue evenings with the many fish options from supermarkets. In the same area are numerous restaurants of different classifications, all of which are recommended. A small nearby beach (La Fustera) offers a peaceful bathing experience. For those who need something bigger, the perfect bathing experience can be found in Calpe. (There is a parking garage directly at the beach)

Absoluter Erholungsurlaub in Spanien!

Wir haben 3 Wochen in der Casa Carmencita verbracht und es war herrlich!!! Absolute Ruhe und Erholung pur. Die Finca ist ein Traum! Eine wahnsinns Ausstattung!!! Mehr als genug von allem. Eine (kalte) Außendusche, ein riesiger Pool mit Liegen (wird jede Woche gepflegt), Steinholzkohlegrill, Waschm., mehrere Außensitzmöglichkeiten, wunderschöne autom. bewässerte Pflanzen, Mini-Kräutergarten, riesiger Fernseher mit allen Programmen, W-Lan, moderne Küche und auch Bäder, Klimaanlagen in beiden Schlafzimmern. Nur im Wohnzimmer war es auch spät Abends noch sehr heiß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Calpe (ca. 10 Automin.) jede Menge. Mit dem Auto haben wir viele Buchten und Strände erkundet, wobei man Sandstrände eher selten direkt in der Nähe findet. Ein Kilometerlanger wunderschöner feinsandiger Strand befindet sich bei Denia (ca. 40km entfernt). Ansonsten hat man aber schöne Kiesel- oder Steinbuchten vor Ort.
Das war das beste Haus, was wir bisher im Ausland besucht haben!!!
Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

There are several seating options, so you can sit outside even in bad weather.

The house is newly renovated, the fixtures are new and modern, especially the kitchen. The beautifully landscaped garden, the terrace and the great pool offer pure relaxation
the air conditioners are very quiet.There is really nothing that you miss in the Fh.There are all appliances and utensils in good quality available. We
can only give the best recommendation for the Fh Carmencita and are looking forward to being guests here again.

Entspannung Pur

We spent 2 great weeks in the house. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and the kitchen is brand new. The location is excellent - the beach is a 5-minute drive away. Shops can also be reached in 5 minutes. Aldi and Lidl are about 10 minutes away. In my opinion, the best store is Pepe La Sal. Our favorite beach is Moreira. Our highlight was an evening catamaran trip in Calpe and climbing the Penyal de Ifach.

Always an experience

According to the landlord, we were the first tenants after a thorough renovation of the house. We have spent our holidays in the house several times and have always felt comfortable. New furniture, new flooring and the new kitchen, just incredibly beautiful, we can recommend the house with a clear conscience.

Pure relaxation!

Casa Carmencita offers everything your heart desires! Nothing is missing - the pool area is secluded, the garden beautifully maintained, and the various seating options in the shade or sun are simply great! We felt very comfortable during the 3 weeks - and also very well looked after by the always approachable, helpful neighbor Mr. Eberhardt. The transaction went smoothly.

There is nothing to complain about - we would rent Casa Carmencita again anytime. I highly recommend it.

Gladly again

Hello. Unfortunately, the vacation is now over, and home has us again.
The stay was perfect. The house lacks nothing; everything is available multiple times.
The decor is very tasteful and lovingly arranged. The pool and outdoor areas are cleaned and maintained very thoroughly by a team on a weekly basis. The friendly and helpful German neighbor is always available for initial contact and provides valuable tips. We will strive for this house for future vacations. The house is very centrally located for all events (shopping, beach, restaurants) yet away from the hustle and associated noise.

A fantastic holiday with a feel-good factor

A relaxing vacation with an 11-month-old baby.
Everything was really great, the house was spotlessly clean and really well equipped.
The pool is a dream, simply great with a baby and so practical. Our daughter had a lot of fun.
An additional plus point is that you are completely undisturbed.
The landlords are very friendly and accommodating, they took care of everything and even organized a baby cot for us.
We immediately felt very comfortable and had a great vacation. The location is great, we were quickly at the beach, but also quickly in Calpe and Benissa.
Right next to the main road, there is a supermarket.
The key handover worked great, and we had nice neighbors.
We would love to come back, thank you for everything.

Very nice holiday in a top holiday home

We, a family of four, stayed at Casa Carmencita for the first time and were very impressed. The house is very well equipped and extremely well-maintained and clean. The pool is sufficiently large; our children didn't want to leave. The location of the house is very calm, and you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Benissa in just a few minutes. The on-site support was excellent. We can fully recommend the house.

Super Urlaub

We are a family of four and got exactly what we wished for - a vacation from the first to the last day! We stayed at Casa Carmencita for the second time and it is still the perfect holiday accommodation. The furnishings are well-maintained, everything is available in the house - you immediately feel at home. Anyone who has been to other vacation homes will appreciate this one! Everything was impeccably clean again, the pool is a good size and almost invisible, and the on-site care including bread service leaves nothing to be desired! We had three weeks of hot weather and would have liked to stay longer. I actually don't want to tell you more, I'd rather go back there. . . !
