Holiday flat for 2 persons, living room with sofa bed ( possibly for 3 person ) and open kitchen area, bedroom, WC/shower, approx. 38sqm.
The flat was renovated in 2019 and got a new bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need ( coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electrical appliances, )
There is the possibility to install a travel cot in the bedroom. A car parking space is directly in front of the flat and there is also a seating area (terrace) outside and a bicycle storage niche directly next to the flat entrance, the terrace is being renovated (picture follows). There is also the possibility to store bicycles. The area in front of the flat will be fenced in from February 2019. Smoking is not allowed in the flat, an ashtray is available outside.

Location and surroundings of object
In the beautiful landscape of "Angeln" in Schleswig-Holstein, embedded in beautiful nature, lies the state-recognised resort of Rabel, between Kappeln (approx. 4 km) and Maasholm near the Schlei (approx. 2 km). The flat is on the ground floor and has a terrace. In the village there is a village café and a children's playground, as well as a few small businesses (carpenters, etc.). Rabel has good transport connections, directly on the B 199 which leads to Eckernförde and Flensburg, but without disturbing your peace and quiet.

Cancellation terms:
Upon cancellation after receiving the booking confirmation, 10% of the rental price will be due, 30% of the rental price 120 days before the start of the rental, 50% of the rental price 60 days before the start of the rental, and the full price 30 days before the start of the rental. If the state government requires a negative Corona test, this is not a valid reason for free cancellation!!!

Place of well-being
A beautiful holiday home for two or three people.
Very well equipped and lovingly furnished.

It doesn't get any better than this !
The flat was clean and also well equipped. Modern interior design. The surroundings are very well kept and inviting. As the flat is in the backyard, there was no traffic or other noise. Absolutely quiet neighbourhood. It was one of our nicest holiday flats.
