The holiday home is 100 m from the ski slope and 150 m from a nearby restaurant.
The Kligenthal swimming pool is 5 km. The cottage is located in the mountain village of Bublava (formerly Schwaderbach), which lies in the western part of the Ore Mountains at an altitude of 750 to 940 m above sea level. The village of Bublava belongs to the Karlovy Vary district and is on the border with Germany, directly bordering the state of Saxony, Vogtland district. The village and its surroundings offer excellent conditions and opportunities for summer and winter stays in the form of active recreation.
Bublava and its surroundings - on the Czech as well as the German side of the border - inspire with their cleanliness, quiet and untouched nature and beautiful landscape. In summer you can go cycling or hiking, and in winter there are usually excellent conditions for cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding or ski jumping. Near the village, you can enjoy excellent bathing in several forest moor lakes or in the nearby reservoirs.

Very suitable for dog owners
Very nice house, everything worked out very well, handing over of keys and settlement, everything very good. It is a pity that everything was over so quickly, our dogs were thrilled, they were allowed to go everywhere. After our walks, we let them dry in the boxes so that the dirt could fall off. And we could easily store the boxes in the basement. We will come again next year. My granddaughter was able to take advantage of the weather and swing to her heart's content.

Short holiday with the neighbours
We 11 people (neighbours) rented the house to spend a few nice relaxing days. The planned 5 days / 4 nights unfortunately turned into only 3 days / 2 nights, as there was a strong storm that weekend and we were unfortunately without electricity and water after the 2nd night
The landlord was super obliging and gave us 3 options....
1. new accommodation 20 km away
2. Departure and refund of the remaining days
3. a free weekend
We chose option 2 and will definitely be back in the spring.
We can highly recommend the house and the landlord. The house and the pictures here correspond to reality. We felt very comfortable. Everything is clean and up to date. The party cellar invites you to linger. Table football and darts are available. We also used the sauna. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the barbecue and the fireplace (it was just too cold and too wet).
The house is also great for small children, as there is a play corner and a playground.
Mr Hofmann... we will definitely come back again and hope for better weather.
