The flat is located in a multi-apartment house with a breathtaking direct view of the North Sea and sunsets. The flat consists of a bright living room, a sofa bed, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. It is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment block with a 180° sea view. There is a swimming pool and a small sauna in the basement.
The apartment is rented to a maximum of 2 people (non-smokers, no pets) and for a minimum of 7 days.

The town centre can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Norderney is also known as the "Queen of the East Frisian Islands". The whitewashed house facades in the island town still exude some of the sophisticated charm of the Wilhelminian era. The shopping streets with their many shops and street cafés are now lively almost all year round. All around, the island offers wide beaches with marvellous dune landscapes, for which East Frisia's islands are rightly so famous. You can swim, fish, surf or sail, explore the island on around 80 kilometres of cycle paths and enjoy fantastic sunsets in the evening.
