The nice and cozy holiday house is renovated and fully equipped with new modern furniture: 2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining area, 1 bathroom with tub and shower, 1 separate WC, 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Senseo - coffee, etc) , A large enclosed garden with sun terrace, barbecue and new seating furniture invites you to stop and rest and outstanding barbecue. About a coastal one comes in about 15 min. To 800 m distant sea.

The house has a 400 square meters of enclosed garden, a sun terrace with comfortable garden furniture, a car parking space at the house and a bicycle shed.
In Ooghduyne there is a restaurant with café, a snack bar and many sports facilities: 2 tennis courts, children's playgrounds, 9-hole golf course, 6-hole golf course, mini golf and a new public swimming pool.
At the 30 km long dunes of North Holland, about 5 km from the port of Den Helder Julianadorp an Zee is embedded in wide tulip fields and agricultural land.
There is a nice shopping center (also ALDI, LIDL and DEEN), nice restaurants and cozy cafes, a bank, several doctors and a pharmacy. The Golf & Beach Resort Ooghduyne is a very well-kept area (Golf Club), surrounded by tulip fields, in a quiet location overlooking the Dü

Everything's great - we'll come back!

We have arrived for the first time at a vacation home of "extra class" in North Holland, never seen before.
Thank you very much for that!!!

We felt absolutely comfortable in your tastefully furnished rooms.
We have never encountered such a clean vacation home before.

We will come back next year. Our expectations were far exceeded.

Really beautiful accommodation in a quiet location.

We stayed in the cute little house for 2 weeks. Really clean and nicely furnished, nothing is missing, everything is there, even an egg piercer. We were 2 adults and our dog. The only thing we would wish for is insect protection for the windows and the patio door. We would love to come back. The way to the beach that we found is a bit further, but we still had a great time and are now fans of Julianadorp.

Super Eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

We have been to Ooghduyne several times. But this holiday home is very well equipped.
And very cozy! There is a TV in every room, in case the weather doesn't cooperate.
The beds were already made when we arrived, so we had more time for other things.
We can only recommend this house.
We will be back!

Great accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired!

The vacation house is simply great. Equipment, furnishings, garden, etc., all top-notch. We can fully recommend it. A very good basic supply of spices, flour, sugar, cleaners, cloths, etc.
The walk to the beach takes about 15-20 minutes. Additionally, you can book a bread roll service in the complex.
Overall, a great and relaxed week.

Simply a dream

I gave my parents with the dog those few days in the holiday house as a gift. They were so enthusiastic about everything, and we already saw several houses in Julianadorp! It is so beautifully and lovingly decorated, you feel comfortable right away, and even with the not-so-nice October weather, it wasn't bad because it was so cozy inside. The dog could move freely outside, everything is nicely fenced in. We have already booked for next year, this time I will be able to convince myself of the dream house. The two or rather the three are already looking forward to the week in June :-) Definitely recommendable!

Wunderbar

Very quietly located beautiful ground floor holiday home on the edge of a beautiful and extensive holiday park. Thoughtful and practical as well as tastefully furnished. Very nicely decorated in a maritime style - exactly what I wish for during my vacation at the North Sea! Nothing was missing: from umbrellas to shoe horns, mixers, egg timers, wool blankets, and many games and drawing materials, every little detail that one might possibly need was thought of - excellent! One could move in permanently, only needing personal belongings, and wouldn't want to travel back home. Especially the beautifully furnished garden with a covered terrace was wonderful for us during various showers and gusts of wind, allowing us to still eat and stay outside even though autumn had arrived. The outdoor area was also beautifully decorated with lights, etc, and the garden furniture was top-notch. Without a car/bicycle, it would be a bit too lonely and remote for me. The illuminated parking lot in front of the house pleased my husband particularly and was very practical. The fenced garden and wipeable floors made the holiday home perfect for a holiday with a dog; ours is already older, so I was glad to have a ground floor accommodation. Having 3 TVs is a luxury that we don't need, but is certainly wonderful for bad weather or more people. We also really liked the bathroom. We would love to come back in 2019. Even in bad weather, you can certainly spend cozy holiday days in this beautiful house, and those who like to cook/grill themselves will also feel right at home there, the kitchen equipment is also top. The contact with the landlord was very nice - so all in all highly recommended.

Einfach traumhaft

Dear Grandé Family,
It is not often that everything fits together so perfectly: we are having a very relaxing holiday in your beautiful house. The Orchid House is tastefully decorated, everything is very functional and practical. Nothing is missing, we feel at home from the beginning. We would particularly like to highlight the cleanliness, which we have experienced differently before. Your suggestions for initial excursions in the surrounding area were also helpful, thank you very much! Now, it's just a few more days until we go back to Rhineland-Palatinate :-(

Lovingly in a prime location

The house exactly corresponds to the photos and the description. It is lovingly furnished and has many details that make you feel at home as soon as you enter the house. The house is located in a large holiday park, but it was very quiet. You can completely relax. The beds are very comfortable and the entire house is completely clean. There is an extensive kitchen equipment with everything you need. The contact with Mrs. Grandè was also very nice. I can only recommend it to everyone and hope that the house remains in such a top condition for a long time and that everyone handles it with care.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

From the first moment, we felt comfortable. The house is very nicely furnished. Everything is perfectly described (heating, TV, etc.). Household items and appliances are all available. The beds were lovingly made and the towels as well as dishcloths, tea towels, dishwasher tabs, etc. were also clean and freshly packed in a bag. The bathroom and toilets smelled fresh and clean. There are enough hangers in the wardrobes. Our Tibetan Terrier immediately explored the fenced garden. The fence is a great relief for dog owners. The two televisions in the bedrooms should also be mentioned. This is a very convenient luxury. Also worth mentioning is the bread delivery service.
