The furnishings and apartment were reasonably equipped and everything was available. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was very clean, the view was nice, but limited by the building, as the apartment is located on the side.

We have been to Sterflat for the 4th time. Of those, 3 times in apartment 249. The contact with Egmood rentals is always great, quick response and super friendly. Confirmation emails and information always come in a timely manner. The apartment is super nice and the view is gigantic. Thank you very much and we would love to come back in 2026. The information about arrival, departure, and stay was well organized. The apartment has a fantastic view of the sea, the amenities are good, the beds are comfortable. Everything is clean and tidy. Parking in the garage is convenient.

Actually, we liked everything very much. First, the very friendly and warm welcome, then the included parking opportunity, the very clean building inside, everything was easily accessible, whether the parking garage or the access to our apartment on the 10th floor; the apartment itself, everything we needed was present; the view; the mattresses were not too soft; everything was very easily reachable on foot; very close to the beach, everything was really great. We felt almost at home.

Very friendly agency, key handover was quick and easy at the office around the corner. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need, the view over the beach and the town is fantastic. A grocery store is within walking distance in just a few minutes. We felt very comfortable here.

We had a very nice stay at the Sterflat, we especially enjoyed the great view from this apartment. It was a few very nice days for us. We were especially happy about the extension of the check-out time from 10 to 12 o'clock, which made the departure much more relaxed. Thank you very much for that.

The apartment has a great location. The beach is reachable in less than a 5-minute walk. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea and the lighthouse is great. The pedestrian zone with shopping opportunities, various bars, restaurants, and a supermarket are also reachable in 5-8 minutes on foot. Additionally, there is a mini golf course that is also part of a very nice restaurant within a 5-8 minutes walk.

We consciously chose No. 249 because of its location and view of the sea and were not disappointed, well, the weather will come on its own (end of the joke). The apartment is functional furnished and the equipment is sensible. I didn't find the hard mattresses criticized in other reviews bad at all, but good, but that's individual. The fact that there are two sleeping options for a couple pleases the non-snoring wife (Sorry, honey).

Great view. Just for the sunrises (and sunsets) alone, it's worth taking longer to have breakfast. The apartment is very welcoming, open, bright, and big enough to stay out of each other's way during rainy weather. You can sleep well in the beds. In Egmond, the distances are short. To get to the beach, you just have to cross the street. The town center is two streets away. Then you can choose between the pizzeria, fresh fish, or the many restaurants. I can recommend the Sterflat to everyone. We had a very nice vacation. The weather was great, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery.
