You will live to the rhythm of ebb and flow and relax by the sound of the waves; a beautiful invitation to doze ...
On the ground floor you will find a kitchen, a living area with dining room and living room (with sofa bed), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The terrace has direct access to the beach.
The house has on the 1st floor 2 bedrooms (room 1: double bed 180x200 cm, Room 2: 2 single beds 90x200 cm, which can be put together) and a bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.

The ideal location of the house offers an infinite spectacle, always changeable, depending on time of day: the unobstructed views of the sea, the tides, the light, the boats out or go straight and ... The village of Loctudy and its port are approximately 2 Km from the house. You will have the opportunity, at the port to buy after the ride home of fishing boats fresh fish and lobsters that have been captured just a few hours before.

If there were more stars, we would give them!
9 winter days with sun, rain, storm and waves of noise right up to the house. The dog, who raged across the beach and over the rocks at low tide, the cat, who was out all day in the neighbouring gardens and we, who couldn't get enough of the sea right in front of the door, it was a wonderful time for all of us
The house is perfect. If it were ours, we wouldn't have changed a thing!
Whether kitchen, living room, the two bedrooms with really good mattresses and the colour scheme of the walls. You feel comfortable and well looked after by the landlord and his staff.

You can't have more sea
This house is perfect for letting your soul unwind! You can't live any closer to the sea! The house, its location, and the equipment correspond 100% to the description on the website. The equipment, especially the kitchen, is high quality. We found everything to perfectly prepare the regional gourmet products from the markets. Restaurant visits were unnecessary. We fell asleep under the starry sky and woke up with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. After our tour of Brittany, this was the perfect place for a relaxing conclusion! Thanks to Mr. Pensec and his employee Mrs. Crystelle, we will definitely come back.

Pure relaxation!
The space in the house is actually bigger than it seems from the outside. The floor-to-ceiling windows look particularly beautiful: both in the living room and in the two bedrooms upstairs, you have a direct view of the Atlantic. And of course, the sound of the waves!
At the end of September, the terrace still had sun from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
If you want to relax and unwind, the location is perfect.
